Long waiting time of service in the Outpatient Unit describes the performance and quality of hospital’s service against its customers. The purpose of this research is to know the average length of outpatient waiting time as well as the factors associated with it, are reviewed through the approach of Malcolm Baldrige in health which includes: organization profile; leadership; strategic plan; focus on customers; measurement, analysis and management of knowledge; focusing on human resources; focus on process and outcomes. There was 10-15% pending of claim because uncomplete medic in Dr. Kanujoso Djatiwiwo Hospital. The purpose of this study is to find factors affecting pending of claims of Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan as claims guidance and contract paper. Data sources has taken from pending of claims of dr Kanujoso Djatiwibowo hospital periode January – March 2016 and see the deeper problem behind this problems through informans. As an aircraft component is subjected to tensile/torsional/bending forces and heat cycles during operation, non-destructive inspection programs have been mandated by aviation regulatory authorities and component manufacturers to ensure that cracks and flaws in the aircraft structure, engine and components are detected before reaching catastrophic failure modes. In aerospace settings, eddy current, magnetic particle, dye penetrant and radiography inspection methods are known to affect worker health. Challenges Of Refugee Health Care: Perspectives Of Medical Interpreters, Case Managers, And Pharmacists, Fabiana Kotovicz, Anne Getzin, Thy Vo

Journal of Patient-Centered Research and Reviews

Purpose: Our objective was to identify perceived challenges in the provision of health care for refugees from the perspective of medical interpreters, case managers, and pharmacists working with refugee patients in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Methods: Two 60-minute focus groups were performed exploring challenges in refugee health care using a literature-based semi-structured protocol. Focus groups were transcribed and de-identified prior to independent analysis by two of the investigators. Using a memoing-process qualitative approach, major concepts, cross-cutting themes, and subthemes were established and ultimately developed a narrative. The project protocol was approved as not human subject research by the local institutional review board. …

Purpose: Women who experience homelessness during pregnancy have poorer birth outcomes than the general population. This exploratory research describes the needs assessment of homeless women currently living at a shelter in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to identify unmet needs related to maternal and infant perinatal health as the first step in designing a mutually beneficial patient-centered service-learning program for medical students to address these needs.
