The main objective of this research is to inspect the classroom environment, student learning, interactive learning, class participation, higher education institutions using bibliometric analysis from 2001 to 2020. For the scientometric analysis, we extracted data from the Science Citation Index database, Web of Science (Core Collection) using a searched query. The data was extracted on February 27, 2021 (GMT-4:29 AM). Further, the period was 2001 to 2020. There were 6340 published documents were found. This paper is designed to evaluate sociology of knowledge, sociology of education, educational sociology, sociology, and education using bibliometric analysis from 2001 to 2020. The main purpose is to consolidate the published scholarship on the sociology of education in the Web of Science indexed documents. There was a lack of measurable quantities on the subject. We used the bibliometric analysis and a total of 1698 published documents were found. The growth of the aging population and the increase of age at marriage will result in a rise in the number of never-married people in the future, although there is not sufficient qualitative evidence on this emerging phenomenon. The present study aimed to explore the lived experience of never-married older adults. The lived experiences of 12 never-married older adults were collected using an in-depth interview. The hermeneutics method of Van Manen was used for identification, description, and interpretation of emergent themes. This article provides an insight into the academic learning skills acquired by students in higher education institutions across the globe. A bibliometric study was designed to consolidate the published scholarship of the academic learning skills in the Web of Science indexed documents from 1981 to 2020. The data were extracted on March 18, 2021, at 06:54 AM, PST. A total of 964 publications were found using Biblioshiny, ScientoPy, VOSviewer, and MS Excel to extract data and preparation of figures. Trans liberation as a global movement began to be documented in public reports in the mid-2000s. Gathered together from their first decade (2008-2018), publications produced by three trans INGOs—Transgender Europe (TGEU), the Asia Pacific Trans Network (APTN), and Global Action for Trans* Equality (GATE)—demonstrate the cultivation of a global trans imaginary and materialize records of a coalescing struggle. In this paper, we argue that qualitative data analysis software lacks a tool that can be used to fulfill an algorithmic evaluation of conceptualization carried out in qualitative studies. We propose the context-oriented models of coding that conjugate single codes, that is, brief denotations made in natural language, by unusual local relationships called context-fixed elucidation (CFE). CFE is a local relationship between miscellaneous aspects of a case under study. What is secrecy? What is a state secret? Which state secrets deserve protection from disclosures? How are state secrets protected from disclosure? In this review, I use these questions as an organizing framework to review the richness of a very disparate, largely US-centric, but also multidisciplinary literature. In doing so, I highlight the social nature of secrecy - that it is a social construct with social effects and consequences - and the need for further research to unveil those rationalities that specific discourses on state secrecy put forward to legitimize the nondisclosure of state secrets.

The aim of neoliberal environmentalism was to unleash the market to protect the environment; but as it turns out, things are getting worse on our way to catastrophe. Despite persistent failures, neoliberal environmentalism remains prevalent—and apparently without alternative. This paper directs focus on an often-overlooked dimension of this apparent stasis: the nexus of self and society in advanced capitalism, as shown in the linkage between neoliberal environmentalism and the autonomous ecoconsumer. This introductory contribution examines the ‘Global South’ as a meta category in the study of world politics. Against the backdrop of a steep rise in references to the ‘Global South’ across academic publications, we ask whether and how the North–South binary in general, and the ‘(Global) South’ in particular, can be put to use analytically.
