The study correlated the Information needs of Members of Vigilante to other Information activities in Adamawa state, North-eastern Nigeria. Quantitative research methodology and Cross-sectional survey design was applied for the study. The population comprised of One Thousand Four Hundred Members (1400) drawn from Nineteen (19) local governments areas in the state. The present study's focus is to analyze the top 100 cited papers (classic papers) in the field of physics education in the last thirty years. The study is aimed to provide insight into the citation pattern, authorship pattern, year, journals, countries of these classic papers with the help of bibliometric analysis. This research aimed to explore the profile of the top Indonesian institutions based on the Scimago Institutions Rankings (SIR) 2021 and to clarify whether there was any consistency among the SIR, the Scopus, and the SINTA profile of the top Indonesian institutions. This study presents an overview of the published research in the field of andragogy using bibliometric methods. The present study examines the Bibliometric Analysis of Publication Trends in Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College of Arts and Science (SRMVCAS) during 2001-2020 using the Scopus database. Commercial publishing houses dominate the academic publishing sector, and they discourage the sharing culture to protect business interests. Authors and institutions have no control over the publishing processes and lost the copyright on the works after publishing. The traditional model of publishing gives more financial commitment to authors. Self-publishing gives full control to the authors over the publishing processes. Open Access model gives the publications faster impact and greater user engagement. This article shares the experience of self-publishing an Open Access book in a higher education institution.

The study explores the adoption of Koha ILMS in the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) and Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar (IITBBS). The particular study researcher adopted the survey method and questionnaire tool used for data collection. The finding of the study shows both institutes are using commercial software before adopting Koha.
