Citation Analysis On The Articles Published In International Journal Of Digital Library Services(Ijodls) During 2015-2017, Sagarika Medhi, Mukut Sarmah

Citation analysis of all the journal articles published in the International Journal of Digital Library Services (IJODLS) from 2015-2017 is carried out. 144 articles published in the journal during 3 years. The highest numbers (55) of articles are published in the year 2015. The journal contained 1915 citations from 2015-2017. The average number of citations per article is the maximum in the year 2015. The study also covers the analyses of authorship patterns in citing articles. In the authorship pattern, Single author citations are dominant than others and it is 806(42.07%). Among the citations, Journal citations were the highest 1104(57.67%). …

Funded by a National Endowment for Humanities (NEH) Humanities Collections and Reference Resources Foundations Grant, the UA Little Rock Center for Arkansas History and Culture’s “Mapping Renewal” pilot project focused on creating access to and providing spatial context to archival materials related to racial segregation and urban renewal in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, from 1954-1989. An unplanned interdisciplinary collaboration with the UA Little Rock Arkansas Economic Development Institute (AEDI) has proven to be an invaluable partnership. Increasingly, information that was once available in print is now available only online. There are many efforts by librarians to teach students how to evaluate sources, but in order to do that, the sources need to still exist. While librarians and archivists preserve information from the Internet through web archive collections, undergraduate students of this generation may not have considered that things on the Internet do not necessarily remain there forever, and that preservation requires a proactive approach. The Natchez Association for the Preservation of African American History and Culture (NAPAC) is a repository of local history that spotlights the life of black citizens from the turn of the century to the modern-day. What makes the NAPAC Museum unique is that it collects history that is only native to Natchez, Mississippi. The rich heritage of the African American culture is interpreted through artifacts and other relics that allow one to focus on what was then and what is now. The purpose of this study is to document the collections, organization, events, and degree of digitization of the museum.

The first book-length project on the Collection, edited by Carolyn J. Brown, Ellen Hunter Ruffin, and Eric L. Tribunella, includes unique aspects of the holdings in scholarly essays written by children’s literature “notables.” Along with over ninety full-color images, the book examines the Collection’s strengths: Fairy tales, 19^th Century periodicals, African American children’s literature, the Golden Age of illustrated books, early books for children, and many more.

This study has been aligned to examine the effect of the role of the academic library on students’ learning at the university level. The administration of academic libraries has been found to facilitate university students in the global south and global north. For this study, a cross-sectional survey has been conducted at the Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat, Pakistan. Institutions wishing to disseminate their scholarship on a wide scale have influenced the need for institutional repositories (IR). These repositories provide institutions the opportunity to display and preserve what they have to offer in an open access environment. The University of Louisiana at Lafayette (UL Lafayette) had attempted to adopt an IR for years and finally achieved this goal. Many issues impacted the adoption, including funding, deciding on the appropriate platform solutions, and marketing the need for contributions from faculty and university administration. How the Presidential Records Act Affects the President, Vice President, and White House Staff During the Administration

Overview

The Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978, as amended, 44 U.S.C. §§ 2201-2209, governs the official records of Presidents and Vice Presidents created on or received after January 20, 1981. The PRA changed the legal ownership of the official records of the President from private to public.

The PRA established a new statutory structure under which Presidents must manage their records. The Presidential Records Act:
