Watauru W. Sutow, MD papers, primarily cover the professional life of Dr. Sutow. The collection contains correspondence and memorandum, committee minutes and reports, drafts, manuscripts, and published professional papers; journal article reprints, personal correspondence and memorabilia; and a collection of slides and audio cassette tapes. The collection is in good condition. The papers span the years 1929-1996 with the bulk of material ranging from 1948 to 1981. The collection consists of 43 cubic feet (86 boxes, including 1 oversize box). See more at MS 035.

The files contain curriclum vita and lists compiled by Dr. Kahn of his published and unpublished writings. Correspondence contains letters between Dr. Alex D. Pokorny, Mrs. Kahn and others following Dr. Kahn's death. Photographs of Dr. Kahn with other professors in 1960 and ca. 1930 (with some identification) are included. See more at MS 074.

The Griff Ross, MD papers contains two bound volumes of the 1984 oral interview transcript with Dr. Ross. The first volume contains Dr. Ross's interview; the second contains interviews with four of his colleagues. In the interview, Dr. Ross discusses both his personal and professional life.The collection consists on one box equaling 0.25 cubic feet. Materials are in good condition. See more at MS 077.

The collection is divided into three series: Reports; Reprints; and Presentations. The Reports series is comprised of official interim and quarterly reports issued by the Atomic Bomb Casualty Commission. The Reprints series includes an article written by Dr. Folley, Dr. Wayne Borges and Dr. Takuso Yamawaki for the American Journal of Medicine "Incidence of Leukemia in Survivirs of the Atomic Bomb in Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan." The TMC Library will no longer be supporting the legacy version of RefWorks, all RefWorks Legacy accounts will be deactivated on September 15, 2021. RefWorks Legacy is no longer updated with the newest features of the software. If you are a regular RefWorks user, you will receive an email message asking you to export your RefWorks folders and citations from your Legacy account to your New Refworks account.

The TMC Library is happy to announce that a collection of books and DVDs from the Harris County Public Library has returned to our building. The TMC Library has partnered with Harris County Public Library since 2011, serving as a community outpost with books and DVDs plus offering hold pickup and return. The book collection departed from the TMC Library in 2017 because of renovations and is now back on site and updated for the TMC community.
