Family archives, as repositories of cultural heritage, play a crucial role in preserving multi-generational knowledge. The family is the first collaborative unit in which community memory-keeping is operationalized. The family home is an archive or library of data for generations of family members living through historical movements, patterns of migration, and technological advancement. Thus, 'home' is a data-rich repository of local history. Memory-keeping tasks, such as recording events in family Bibles and maintaining photo albums, scrapbooks, and journals, are multi-generational literacy practices. However, statistical data show a significant decline in student visits between September and December 2023. This phenomenon raises questions about the factors influencing users' experiences, particularly their perceptions of the library's interior design, which should ideally enhance comfort and increase visitation. This study aims to identify and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by the Trisakti School of Management (TSM) Library to enhance service quality and user satisfaction. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study method, the research offers in-depth insights through field observations, interviews with library staff, and document analysis. The findings reveal that TSM Library excels in high-quality imported book collections, comprehensive digital resources, and strategically located services. Objective

This study collected and analyzed data on the required and recommended textbooks and board exam prep resources in academic health sciences libraries that serve accredited colleges of osteopathic medicine (COM) programs in the United States.

Methods

The study consisted of locating, compiling, and analyzing data on the required and recommended texts and board exam prep resources through the COM libraries’ public-facing websites.

Results

The investigators compiled the required or recommended texts and the board exam prep resources used within the COM curricula from 38 COM libraries.
