The relationship between need achievement and career preference of in-school adolescents were examined in this study. The need for the study was prompted by previous studies’ report that students make wrong career preferences due to poor information among other factors. The study was conducted to investigate the Availability, Accessibility and Satisfaction of Users of Information Resources in the Faculty of Agriculture University Libraries by Non-Academic Staffs of OAU and UI, Nigeria. This study is conducted among autonomous colleges in Kerala to identify the resources, services, and facilities extended by these college libraries to Civil Service Aspirants. There are twenty-two autonomous colleges in Kerala, and an online questionnaire survey is conducted among the librarians of these colleges, and nineteen colleges responded to the questionnaire.
