This study examined the usage of electronic information resources (EIRs) for improved nursing research and health-care delivery in Nigeria. A descriptive survey method was used for the study. The population consisted of 120 nursing and midwifery students and 5 healthcare providers at Grimmard School of Nursing and Midwifery, Anyigba, Kogi State of Nigeria totalling 125. Five (5) research questions guided the conduct of this study. Analysis and discussion of the study were based on major findings of the study. This study set out to investigate the reference service provision at the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI), Ghana from the perspective of users. A total number of 335 copies of questionnaire were administered to students and faculty of the National Film and Television Institute out of which 234 copies of the questionnaires were returned and used for the study representing a 69.9% response rate. This study investigated the level of acceptance and attitude toward vaccination against COVID-19 among academic librarians in Nigeria. It is guided by two objectives, two research questions and two null-hypothesis. The population of the study consisted of 7,287 certified librarians spread across Nigerian. This study assesses the service delivery quality using SERVQUAL to predict library users' intention to revisit Delta State Polytechnic Library, Ogwashi-Uku. Ultimately, the survey helps improve the quality of library services by informing the development and rollout of initiatives that address the concerns voiced by the polytechnic community. The working population of the study was 4545 library users in Delta state Polytechnic, Ogwashi-uku. A sample size of 354 was achieved using Wimmer and Dominick's sample size calculator. This research article reports the findings of a survey that was conducted at two community
colleges affiliated with a large public university system in the Northeast of the United States. A
survey was to explore community college students’ citation management help- seeking habits.
Findings suggest that respondents were more likely to utilize Purdue University’s Online Writing
Lab (OWL) website for reference management help than other resources. The results also show
the impact of various factors (i.e., institution, academic level, undergraduate class level, field of
study, age, gender, race/ethnicity, and user type) on students’ citation help -seeking practices.

Discover how librarians can organize and deliver faculty development in a virtual setting. The Virtual Information Literacy Library Atelier (VILLA) program includes designing inclusive assignments for foundational visual media arts courses using the new ACRL Framework for Visual Literacy in Higher Education, co-creating library interventions with faculty, and assessing impact on student learning. Presenters will show how this program came to be, the curriculum development process, assessment data, and lessons learned. Student-centered pedagogy is “an instructional approach in which students influence the content, activities, materials, and the pace of learning” (Collins & O'Brien, 2003, pp. 338-339). The constructs of student-centered pedagogy include voice, choice, competency-based progression, and the instructor’s continuous check-ins to track their students’ wants and needs (Green & Harrington; 2020; Harrington & DeBruler, 2019). This talk will consider the marginalization of scholars and other stakeholders in the Global South and how local publishing infrastructure is critical to recalibrating imbalances. The Latin American ethos and practice of bibliodiversity, or scholarly self-determination, is a precondition for the decolonialization of knowledge. Accordingly, predatory publishing is minimal in Latin America which has its own publishing infrastructures. Library publishing, which supports bibliodiversity, represents an important path towards much needed free to authors or diamond open access. Librarians play a critical role in educating editors and fostering publishing best practices.

Digital learning objects (DLOs) such as videos, interactive tutorials, and online modules are a great way to expand on these information literacy concepts. Learn how librarians developed a programmatic assessment schedule for their undergraduate, peer-to-peer research consultant service with an emphasis on practicality and sustainability.
