The research examined Librarians’ Attitude Towards Information resource sharing In Federal University Libraries in North Central, Nigeria. The research was guided by three objectives and one hypothesis. Descriptive survey was used with the target population of 121 librarians in the seven federal university libraries in North central, Nigeria. Questionnaire was used in data collection. 121 copies of the questionnaire were administered 102 were filled, returned and found usable representing 87.2% response rate. The research was necessitated by the postulation that cataloguers competency depend on their professional development. This study examined the use of social media for information service delivery in Olusegun Oke Library LAUTECH Ogbomoso, Oyo State, Nigeria. Descriptive survey design was adopted for the study. Yet there is relatively little knowledge regarding the design of tools that support teachers when a class of students uses AI-based tutoring software for self-paced learning. We investigated whether individuals believe they have a right to information during a crisis, and whether attitudes about crisis-related information sharing differ by age and one’s role in providing or consuming information. We measured attitudes about aspects of data sharing related to COVID-19: researchers’ obligation to share data, publishers’ obligation to share information, and libraries’ responsibility to provide them. We predicted younger individuals, especially students as consumers of information, would report stronger preference for open access to pandemic-related information. This study investigated the level of information literacy skills and use of EIRs by undergraduates in the Federal University Otuoke, Bayelsa state, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive research design and questionnaire as a data collection instrument. From a population of 3043 undergraduates, a multi-stage random technique was used to select a sample size of 242 undergraduates for the study. The results indicated that 131 (51.4%) of the respondents “Strongly agreed” that they use the Internet in the course of their stay at the university. The keynote presented the development of institutional repositories (IR) by universities in Singapore. The relevant policies on open access and research data were introduced. The importance of IR alignment with institutional goals was highlighted. Besides research publications, IRs could also host special collections of the institution or the community. The collaboration and sharing of best practices among Singapore academic libraries helped them to better support research at their institutions.

Arising from experiences during and post-COVID-19 circuit breaker and work-from-home arrangements, SMU Libraries developed a new library service to provide remote access to financial databases that are usually only accessible onsite. Financial databases such as Bloomberg and Eikon are accessed using a client-based software that is installed on a physical computer in the Investment Studio at Li Ka Shing Library. Using desktop virtualization technology, financial databases can be accessed remotely without the need of physical presence in the library, increasing availability and accessibility to the resources.
