This paper attempts to scrutinize the concerned debates related to crises in Public Administration which convey identity, intellectuals and paradigms. In order to identify the existing health information sources and channels of rural women, 213 married women of child bearing age from four villages of Kangpokpi District in Manipur, India were randomly selected. A questionnaire method was adopted for the data collection and Descriptive Statistics was used for analyzing the data collected from the women. The study identified a number of health information sources such as Family members, Friends, among others and Information channels like Word of Mouth ASHA, Pamphlet in Mother tongue, Mobile phone Short Message System (SMS) for communicating their health information needs.

The present study investigates the approach and insight of librarians towards the marketing of library sources and services in academic libraries of Balochistan. A quantitative research design and survey research method were used to determine the appropriateness of the chosen population. The population comprises library professionals e.g. Librarians, assistant Librarians, and the same grade of library staff. A structured questionnaire was designed to collect data from the chosen population. As a research and instruction librarian and a liaison to the College of Business, I often incorporate lessons on data literacy and visual literacy into my instruction sessions for business students. In these sessions, I focus on teaching students how to read the photographs, charts, graphs, and infographics they encounter in databases, such as IBISWorld and Statista, and news sources, such as The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal. Library Faculty Publications and Presentations

This recipe describes starting a library-led open educational resources (OER) as a mechanism to recognize and promote cost-savings for students while allowing faculty to tailor their learning materials to specific pedagogy needs. The grassroots approach is best implemented alongside existing organizational infrastructures. At the University of Wyoming (UW), the OER initiative developed without a dedicated position or home department but rather a collaborative foundation across the libraries which builds momentum, spreads the message, and ultimately the workload.

Many formal mentoring programs only call for one characteristic in prospective mentors and mentees: a willingness to participate. However, research has shown that there are specific mentor (and mentee) characteristics and behaviors that encourage a meaningful, lasting mentoring experience. Generally, these characteristics and behaviors fall into three categories: (1) a commitment to the relationship, (2) mutual respect between mentor and mentee, and (3) mutual trust.1 Fortunately, these attributes can be nurtured in mentors and mentees, especially when the relationship is given careful forethought. Staff publications, research, and presentations

Critical information literacy (CIL) and critical service learning (CSL) have developed in parallel over recent years but have yet to intersect robustly. Rooted in critical theory, these approaches emphasize both conceptual frameworks and practices that center questions of social inequality in our teaching and learning practices—and in our universities as institutions. A small body of literature suggests that students’ social justice understanding is deepened when engaging with research-intensive assignments. Within this study, we explored students’ understanding of social justice in connection with research-intensive and non–research-intensive course assignments.
