Reference statistics gathering at the Leatherby Libraries was revamped with the development of new predefined questions and question categories to allow all public-facing departments to enter their reference transactions into the LibAnswers software. Although gathering reference transactions was more organized across the library, the predefined questions were too detailed and confusing. As a result of this assessment, the predefined questions will be removed to allow users to focus on determining if their transaction is a reference question rather than which predefined questions they should use, which will make the reference statistics more accurate.

The present study is evaluates the user experience towards library information resources and services in selected engineering and management institutes of Haryana. The researcher distributed 432 questionnaires among faculty members, PG and UG students of YMCA Faridabad, MDU Rohtak and DCRUST Sonipat Engineering and management institute libraries and found 325(75.23%) responses received back. It was found that the majority of users were overall satisfied with available library information sources and services. This study was set out to explore the level of satisfaction of the faculty members working in the south district (Karak) of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa-Pakistan from their college libraries’ services and facilities. In order to achieve the objectives of the study and the real picture of the level of satisfaction of faculty members, census based survey research method was adopted to collect data from the target population. Self-constructed and pilot tested questionnaire was used for data collection. Total 147 questionnaires were distributed out of which 120 filled questionnaires were received back with 81% response rate.
