This paper attempts to examine the research support services in university libraries of higher education institutions in the Punjab, Pakistan. University libraries are providing traditional and as well as modern facilitation to scholars, students, and teachers for face to face and online learning in the globe generally and in Pakistan specifically. A quantitative study design opted and a sample of 90 university libraries was taken out of 116 libraries including sub-campuses libraries from the Punjab Province. A total number of 340 structured questionnaires was distributed 324 (96%) Faculty Members are responding. Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to know the user’s satisfaction level of law college libraries of Assam, India.

Methodology: Survey method was used to collect the necessary information from the users of law college libraries of Assam. A total 900 questionnaires were distributed among the students and 600 questionnaires were accepted for analysis.

Aim: The study aimed to evaluate the characteristics of the 100 most-cited articles published in the electronic journal Library Philosophy and Practice (LPP). Bibliometric studies to determine the attributes of the most-cited articles in the field of Library and Information Science (LIS) journals are deficient. Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, the educational institutions in India suddenly switched to online mode of teaching. This new learning mode gives the flexibility to connect at any time from any place. This sudden shift has impacted the learning behaviour of students to a large extent, which is studied and analysed in this paper for a computer programming course. This session reviews an approach to refreshing policies, procedures, and practices following a migration to a library services platform (LSP). Using a method of intensive collaboration, we revised and developed new workflows to optimize consortial and international standards while evaluating and updating local policies and procedures with a critical eye. We designed templates and procedures incorporating standards established by Collaborative Futures partners, and including other international standards, such as CONSER, RDA, BIBCO and PCC.

Usage Of Library Resources And Services Of Maritime Academy Of Asia And The Pacific (Maap): Bases For Promotional Strategies, Charie Kaye F. Colar

The primary aim of this study is to create a promotional strategy plan based on the usage of resources and services. Survey questionnaire was used to gather data from a stratified sample of 372 students and 98 faculty members. Only 64 faculty members returned their questionnaires. The study employs independent sample t-test, ANOVA (f-test) and Mann Whitney (U-test) to test the operational hypothesis. Upon analyzing the demographic profiles, it was noted that the students were frequent visitors of the library while the faculty have minimal visits.
