To this end, a conceptual framework consisted of six predictors and one outcome variable was constructed. Adopting a quantitative approach, the survey method was used. Information is an important factor in agricultural development. The study investigated farmers’ agricultural information needs and seeking behavior in the Southern Regional State of Ethiopia. A cross-sectional research design was employed and the study population included all household heads of the eight sampled villages in four administrative zones. A multi-stage sampling procedure was employed to obtain a sample of 320 farmers. Quantitative data were collected and research adopted descriptive statistics. This informetric study was aimed at finding out the distribution of articles and authors that published in the Nigerian Libraries: Journal of the Nigerian Library Association from 2009 to 2018. Also, the year-wise growth of of research articles; auhorship pattern; and collaboration ratio; subject distribution of articles and institutional affiliation of authors were examined. Professional literature and case studies demonstrate that processing metrics are valuable in advocating for resources, informing priorities, supporting grant proposals, and predicting costs for collection storage and care. This article analyzes responses to an archival processing metrics survey that gathered perspectives and practices from archivists working in a variety of repository types. The findings describe how archivists collect processing metrics in different ways, what data points they view as essential, and how they use certain data points to serve specific purposes. This study investigates students’ preference of reading print and digital resources. A questionnaire survey with a stratified random sample of 700 postgraduate students of the universities in Kerala state of India was used to conduct the study. Comparison on media provided a fascinating insight into the way students read. The students reported a better comprehension, concentration, higher content absorption and comfort levels, if they read on print resources as opposed to digital resources. This paper examines how discursive power shapes LGBTQ+ community health information practices. Informed by analysis of 10 information world maps drawn by SC LGBTQ+ community leaders, our findings indicate that while community can be a valuable construct to reject mainstream discourses of regulation and correction, it inevitably is fraught and not representative of all LGBTQ+ individuals. Findings can inform strategies for community leaders to facilitate more equitable information flow among members by identifying key structural elements impeding this flow at the community level.
