Tryin' To Get My Mojo Workin', Emily Ford
Library Faculty and Staff Publications and Presentations
The article discusses the reasons why librarians in the U.S. get burned out in their jobs and lose their librarian mojo. It states that librarians are dependent on systems which make them prone to systems failure while most libraries rely on tools and technologies instead of their skills and subsequently lose their mojo.
