The study identifies and analyses the areas of strategic importance for European national libraries and sheds light on how they aim to confront the third decade of the twenty-first century. It shows the focus of their efforts and resources. The websites of 49 members of the Conference of European National Libraries (CENL) were reviewed in April 2019 to gather information on their strategic plans. ABSTRACT The study investigated the Information needs and access of Members of Vigilante in Adamawa state, North-eastern Nigeria, one of the three states bedeviled by the Boko Haram insurgency. Purpose: The present study aims to acquire depth knowledge about the Book Bank services of select college libraries in Assam, India.

Methodology: This study covers sixteen select college libraries in three districts of Assam, India. Data are collected through a structured questionnaire, interview method, and personal visit of the select college libraries.

The aim of this study is to investigate the use of multimedia technology by lecturers and undergraduate students in Osun State University. The study was guided by four research questions. The study adopted descriptive survey design sample was selected using stratified random sampling method, to select 192 lecturers, and 377 undergraduate students. The study analyzed the Information Literacy Skills among 90 Engineering Students of Alagappa Chettiar Government College of Engineering. A well-structured questionnaire was used for data collection and MS Excel software was used for analyzing the data. After a recent renovation in which a variety of new and more functional tables, chairs and other furniture were purchased and distributed, four of the librarians from Bradley University’s Cullom-Davis Library performed a study of how the new furnishings were being used. This paper describes the process, issues and results of this study. In the end, conclusions were made with regard to student study groups, preferred furniture type and time-of-day/time-of-semester occupancy.

J-ISIS was initiated by UNESCO and further developed by Jean-claude Dauphin (2016). J-ISIS clears maximum WinISIS limitations and restrictions. Academic librarians working in higher education institutions in Sri Lanka have been enjoying faculty status for the last forty years. The study explores their self-identity, and their perceptions about the teaching role. In total, there are 140 academic librarians working in universities in Sri Lanka. A survey was conducted among them. An analysis of thirty one responses revealed that a significant number of respondents consider themselves as professionals rather than faculty member. This study investigated the combined correlational effects of motivation, emotional intelligence and human capital development on the job satisfaction of librarians in Nigerian public universities. A correlational survey research design was adopted. The study population consisted of 1,254 librarians in public university libraries in Nigeria, from which 923 were selected using simple random sampling. The research instrument used was a self-developed questionnaire. A response rate of 67.2% was achieved.
