In order to identify decision makers of women particularly in child bearing and sterilization among the rural women, 213 women from four rural villages of Kangpokpi district in Manipur, India was selected. Questionnaire method was used for collection of data and descriptive statistics is used in analysis of the data collected from the 213 respondents. The study found that the women take the decision of the family members more than the medical doctors’ advice on matters regarding child bearing and sterilization.

Job burnout is an important aspect of organisational behaviour that has negative impact on librarians and organisational outcome. Despite the efforts made by library management to prevent job burnout among librarians, high level of emotional exhaustion, cynicism and inefficacy remain a major challenge. Mens Sana Monograph is a peer reviewed journal of medicine and mental health which is a publication of Mens Sana Research foundation. The present bibliometrics study of 153 articles published in the Mens Sana Monograph from 2007 to 2016. This study analyzes various aspects of the journal such as growth of articles and citations, authorship pattern and collaboration, number of times cited, most productive countries and institutions, etc. of these articles. The study reveals that the journal has a positive growth in respect to publications and their citations. The authorship pattern found in this journal is towards single authorship.

The study analyzes the access attitude on the Scholarly Information through Electronic Resources among Faculty members in the Universities of Southern Tamilnadu. The study found that Madurai Kamaraj University and Alagappa University have respondents of each 130 (34.21%), 85 (22.36%) respondents are belonging to Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. It could be seen that out of 380 respondents, 177 (46.57 %) are belonging to faculty of Science. The study analyses the majority of the respondents 221 (42.5%) are assistant professors/ lecturers/senior lecturers, and 195 (37.5%) of them are associate professors followed by 104 (20%) of the respondents are professors. 331 (26.7%) of the respondents followed by the use of e-magazines by 182 (14.7%) respondents. Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the use and practice of open educational resources in social science discipline at University of Delhi, Delhi.
Design/Methodology/Approach: The relevant data for the study was obtained through a well-structured questionnaire followed by personal interview wherever it was required. The concept “Information Explosion” is developed in this world. ICT (Information & Communication Technology) is playing a significant role in housekeeping activities and information retrieval in libraries. ICT consists of three terms Information, Communication & Technology. The paper highlights the use of ICT in college libraries. For collecting data, questionnaire method is adopted. The findings of the study shows that, the highest percentage of libraries (80.56%) have printer in libraries followed by photocopy machines (75%), CD/CD-ROM drive (72.22%), scanners (70.37%), and barcode scanners (54.63%). Inauguration for the establishment of customary forests is a form of legal protection for the right management of indigenous people in Indonesia included in Jambi Province. For clustering accuracy, on influx of data, the parameter-free incremental clustering research is essential. The sole purpose of this bibliometric analysis is to understand the reach and utility of incremental clustering algorithms. This paper shows incremental clustering for time series dataset was first explored in 2000 and continued thereafter till date. This Bibliometric analysis is done using Scopus, Google Scholar, Research Gate, and the tools like Gephi, Table2Net, and GPS Visualizer etc. The survey revealed that maximum publications of incremental clustering algorithms are from conference and journals, affiliated to Computer Science, Chinese lead publications followed by India then United States. …

Violent agitations for the secession of South-East from Nigeria is one of the conflict situations that has continued to persist, even after the civil war. The conflict is shredded in political and ethic alignments, thus threatening to drive the country into a second civil war. This study examined media framing of secession agitations pioneered by Indigenous People of Biafra.
