Purpose: This study investigates the Information-Seeking Behavior (ISB) of mass media professionals in E-environment working in the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the most important strategic area of Pakistan. To explore the perceptions of mass media professionals towards information seeking in e-environment is significant, because traditional print newspapers, radio and electronic media (TV) face a steady decline in their information sharing due to the growth of free online contents available through internet.

The study examines the use of ICT by school teachers in Sri Lanka for information seeking and using the internet for communication. The survey method was adapted and the questionnaire was used as the main data collection tool for the study. The results revealed that the level of school ICT capacity in Sri Lanka is not satisfied because only the half of schools survey had ICT labs. The paper presents Citation patterns of 6914 citations appearing in 399 papers published in DESIDOC Journal of Library & Information Technology from 2012 to 2018. The researcher identified in the paper were Volume-wise Analysis of Citations per Article, authorship pattern, forms of literature, Chronological Analysis of Citations and a ranked list of top 25 cited Library Science journals. The most cited author of DESIDOC Journal of Library & Information Technology was Gupta B.M. This paper attempts to examine the impact of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices on the Job Satisfaction of Librarians in Jammu & Kashmir (J&K). On basis of the literature review, it is hypothesized that a positive perception among librarians regarding the HRM practices helps in developing a sense of satisfaction among them regarding their jobs. The hypothesised relationship is tested though regression analysis by using data from libraries of seven universities of J&K. The aim of this study was to analyze Brazil research performance on Coronary Artery Disease as reflected in indexed publications in Web of Science with a view to understand their distribution of research output, top journals for publications, most prolific authors, authorship pattern, and citations pattern on CAD. The e-journal facility introduced in Burdwan University for its scholars is known as INFLIBNET which is under the e-sodhsindhu consortium. INFLIBNET e-journal provides with high quality content among University libraries. This study shows the popularity of e-journal with the help of INFISTATS in the optional usage period during 2015-2019. JSTOR had the maximum usage (26.8%) of total download over the period 2015-2019. 7 of the top listed e-journals had the highest percentage of use (86.33%) proving that the popularity of e-journals is in growing use in the University of Burdwan.

The cross-sectional research design was used in this study to survey 254 certified librarians systematically selected from the 5,437 librarians certified by the Library Registration Council of Nigeria (LRCN). The study assesses highly cited research works in the area Business, Management and Accounting retrieving data from Scopus database for the period 1998-2017. It found total 49417 publications which received 769676 citations. The study identifies about one third (32.88%) of papers have remained uncited during the period. Among rest, papers’ having one citation (10.60%) is higher. It is inferred from the analysis that older publications get more citations. Instances of information communication technology project failure are being recorded in Nigeria. This paper focuses on a design-reality gap to assess the selected information communication technology (ICT) projects in federal universities, South West of Nigeria. We determine the success and failure rates of the selected ICT projects based on the design-reality gap model dimensions: information, technology, processes, objectives and values, staffing and skills, management systems and structures.
