This present study observes the needs of information and searches for fishermen's behavior. This study was done as pilot study on the fisherman living in the coastal area of Ghogha located in the western part of India. The questionnaire was distributed to 100 fishermen. At present it is a mandatory requirement for higher learning institutes of India to present information on their institutional home page. Due to dynamic nature of web content and increase use of emerging technology, the new ways of presenting information on higher education web sites become complex. In this paper, we try to study the changes in web content during last decade in first 20 NIRF ranking institute. The Internet Archive’s Wayback Machine has been used to get the web site update dates and the content of archived web pages.

This study examined the librarians’ perceptions and knowledge of the use of WhatsApp for the enhancement of service in university libraries in South-South, Nigeria. The study adopted a descriptive survey design and a questionnaire was the instrument used for data collection. Total enumeration (purposive sampling) technique was used to gather data from 169 librarians in 6 federal, 4 state and 3 private university libraries in South-South, Nigeria. The focus of this paper is to study the usage of social networking sites by the Karnatakites for finding information regarding COVID-19. A web survey was distributed among the targeted participants to collect data for the study. Abstract: The study is to analyze the research productivity on viral infections caused in the eyes. The publications indexed in PUBMED database have been used for this study for a period of twenty years from 2000 to 2018.The retrieved data were analyzed with common bibliometric publication growth indicators such as Ratio of Growth, Relative Growth Rate, Doubling Time, and authorship pattern indicators such as Degree of Collaboration and Collaboration Index. This study views the Asian research performance in e-learning during 1996-2018 from the number of documents, citable documents, citations, and self-citations along with the citations per document and Hirsch index. Employing Informetric analysis, the study investigated the features, types of documents, subjects spread and challenges affecting the growth and development of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria Institutional Digital Repositories (ABU-IDR). The findings of the study indicated that the IDR has diverse features, deploying DSpace, Dublin core metadata elements and Open Archive Initiative – Metadata Harvesting Protocol (OAI-PMH) to make the repository robust and interoperable. As reported by earlier studies, ABU-IDR is also found to be dominated by theses and dissertations with 9,857(95.82) documents. This study was undertaken to describe the role played by Indigenous Knowledge (IK) (Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) and Traditional Knowledge (TK)) of the local community farmers in Lindi and Mtwara regions and determine their overall perceptions on usefulness of IK in the pursuit of their farming activities. The aim of this research was to investigate the agricultural information sources and strategies for disseminating agricultural research findings to farmers in Iringa District, Tanzania. A total of 90 farmers were interviewed by using self-administered questionnaire. Purpose: The present study aimed to assess and review the quality of journals from the field of nuclear physics based on some selected high-quality bibliometrics indicators, namely Journal Impact Factor (JIF), Eigenfactor Score (ES), SCImago Journal Rank (SJR) and H5-index.
