At present, informatization has become an important engine for high-quality economic and social development in China. Systematically reviewing the evolutionary features of informatization policies is an important reference for further optimizing policy layout. This study constructed an analytical framework for policy evolutionary features, covering four dimensions of policy quantity structure, policy issuing department, policy theme, and policy tool, from policy external attributes to policy content elements. Social network analysis, text mining methods, and content analysis were used to conduct quantitative analysis on the 703 central-level informatization policy documents since the 12th Five-Year Plan period. The National Association of Geoscience Teachers (NAGT) has listed the inaccessibility of research related to misconceptions in atmospheric and climate science as a Geoscience Education Research Grand Challenge (Cervato et al. 2018). According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC, 2023), one in four older adults experiences a fall each year. Falls are the world's second most prominent cause of accidental deaths (World Health Organization [WHO], 2021). Falls are the leading cause of both fatal and non-fatal injuries among older adults (Moreland et al., 2020).

Censorship involves the suppression of particular books due to alleged inappropriate content; libricide refers to the intentional destruction of entire libraries.
