Analisis Konsumsi Protein Hewani Pada Rumah Tangga Indonesia, Rodhiah Umaroh, Anggita Vinantia

Currently, animal protein consumption in Indonesia is still low. The consumption of animal protein is one of the keys to improving public health. This study aims to analyze the consumption of animal protein shown by consumption of meat, chicken, fish and milk commodities in households in Indonesia. Fifth Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS) data applied by model of Almost Ideal Demand System (AIDS). The results found that the own-price elasticity has a negative sign in accordance with the law of demand. Cross-price elasticity values vary from one another. Expenditure elasticity has positive sign indicates that all commodities are normal goods.

Creative industry is a strategic sector of national development. Lack of capital is a major obstacle to its development. This study analyzes financial inclusion of micro small creative industries (MSCI) relating to access and loan use. Both logit and Tobit models were employed for 1,367 MSCI from micro small survey data 2014. This study proved that women entrepreneurs who are less educated, limited asset and located in rural area tend to have greater constraints in financial inclusion. This study recommend the importance of financial education for women entrepreneurs in rural areas and expansion of internet uses and conduct digital finance.

Global TB notification rate at 2016 was 77% and 46.5% in Southeast Asia. Indonesia last 5 years still remain at 32-33% where Depok City reached 58%. This research simulates the effect of imposing excise tax on plastic container of drinks towards economic performance of beverage industry in Indonesia and governments ´Zs tax revenue. The results showed that by imposing excise tax on plastic cups and plastic bottles the government would lose tax revenue from value added tax (PPN) and corporate income tax (PPh badan) more than they gain additional revenue from excise tax. One of major policies of Indonesia Decentralisation is the adoption on various type of revenue sharing among provinces and local governments and also the devolved of taxes to lower level government in particular to the province level. Challenges of policy toward higher degree of revenue autonomy, is that an increase in revenue sharing as well as devolved taxes would enhance economic disparity among regions. Further, our finding shows that different types of revenue sharing seem to have different effect on intra-province economic disparity.

This paper examines the effect of financial liberalization on growth volatility of macroeconomics variable using dynamic panel model for nineteen Asia-Pacific countries for period of 1976–2015. Our results showed that the benefit of financial liberalization in Asia-Pacific region caused by the low volatility of the macroeconomic growth only occur in the group of developed countries, and not occur in the group of developing countries. This proved that the existence of financial liberalization provides no full beneficial effects in Asia-Pacific region.

There is persistent debate between theoretical and empirical findings on the impact of redenomination on economic performance. Hence, this study aims to analyze the impacts of inflation, economic growth, reducing reducing digit (zero number), and stages of redenomination to changes in transaction prices and the number of the transactions using experimental methods. The result showed redenomination could decrease the transaction prices and transaction value. The best conditions to applied redenomination policy was directly in low inflation and high growth.

The Financial Services Authority regulation No.46/POJK.03/2015 states that the calculation of Systemic Important Score (SIS) of a bank uses the same weighting for all three indicators: size, interconnectedness, and complexity. The objectives of this article are (1) to analyze the influence of socio economic characteristics in influencing patterns of food consumption by HDI and (2) Analyze demand responses (elasticity) of East Java household to food prices and income changes. Linear Approximation Almost Ideal Demand System (LA/AIDS) and elasticity are used to answer the objectives by using microdata Susenas 2016. The result indicates that generally, socio economic characteristics contribute substantially in determining household food consumption patterns and based on their elasticity values, food commodities in East Java are price inelastic and more responsive to income changes.

Since 1983, Indonesian tax policy has been the subject of ongoing reforms in order to replace the old colonial tax arrangements, reduce income dependency from oil and gas, decrease the government's foreign debt and maintain its fiscal sustainability. Nevertheless, after 25 years of reform, actual Indonesian tax performance is still far from what might have been expected as Indonesia have one of the lowest total tax ratios among the ASEAN countries. This research show that the most recent changes put in place may have reduced potential tax revenue from personal income but an increase in the compliance rate.

Many countries support government policies to encourage tourism sector, including ASEAN countries, due to an assumption that tourism contributes positively to GDP and poverty reduction. This study investigates that assumption, as well as the correlation between tourism and HDI, by applying panel data regression to eight ASEAN countries (Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Laos Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam,) during 1998-2013. Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) are more constrained to export than their large counterparts and SMEs' limited participation in export market is more prevalent in developing than in developed countries. Extant literature suggests that SMEs encounter a set of export inhibiting factors distinct to those faced by large firms and therefore accurate identification of export barriers is crucial in fostering SMEs export. This study investigates the export barriers faced by Indonesian SMEs. Volatility is one of the interesting phenomenon in financial market; the reason is because of its effect to the existence of global financial market. This research aims to determine the right model in modeling stock return volatility taken from four Asian countries with symmetric and various asymmetric model of GARCH.
