The study aimed to develop CSFCM to improve student self-regulated learning. CSFCM is an application of solution-focused counseling integrated with creative arts. The developmental research consisted of three stages: (1) identify the self-regulated learning level; (2) formulating a hypothetical draft of CSFCM to improve student self-regulated learning; and (3) conducting product feasibility testing by experts and practitioners. Data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the CSFCM which consisting five stages of counseling was categorized as feasible to be implement in the schools.

This panel of Lesley students, alumni, and faculty discuss the issue of silence involving social stigma and ignorance that can often lead to violence against people with disabilities. The panelists participated in an interdisciplinary course, Disability Studies, in which students chose to research these topics for their social action projects and papers. Concussions can result in a constellation of physical, cognitive, and social– emotional symptoms, most of which resolve within 1 to 2 weeks following the injury. In some instances, social–emotional difficulties following concussion persist, causing ongoing distress and psychosocial impairments. It is important that school psychologists understand the nature of these symptoms, as well as ways in which they can support students who are recovering from concussions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Roda Pelangi game to improve elementary school students’ fairness character. The research method was an experiment with a nonequivalent control group design type. The research instruments were: interview guidelines; observation guidelines; and Fairness Character Measurement Scale. The sample were twelve fourth grade students of Permata Ummat Trenggalek Integrated Islamic Elementary School that was chosen through purposive sampling. The significance score obtained based on data analysis using independent sample t-test was 0.047<0.05. The result showed Roda Pelangi game can improve elementary school students’ fairness character. Based on these results, it recommended: school counselor can use Roda Pelangi game in the guidance and counseling service process, especially to improve elementary school students’ fairness character; further researchers can use Roda Pelangi game to examine other variables and at other school levels using other research designs such as true experiment or guidance and counseling action research.

Context: All 50 states and the District of Columbia have enacted laws governing concussion management and education. These concussion laws, featuring common tenets regarding removal from play, return to play, and concussion education, have shaped school and district policies.

Objective: To evaluate the strategies commonly used to implement concussion laws at the school and district levels, as reported by certified athletic trainers (ATs).

Design: Qualitative study.

Setting: High schools.

Concussions in college students can lead to a number of academic, physical, and emotional consequences. This project involved training college staff—including residence hall advisors—about the signs, symptoms, and risks related to concussions. The importance of training in concussion recognition and management is discussed in relation to campus staff’s responsibilities. A sample training model that can be replicated on college and university campuses is presented, along with implications for college students and housing personnel.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate school counselor performance in organizing individual counseling services using self evaluation and peer evaluation. This study uses descriptive survey approach through descriptive comparative study. Subjects are school counselors in Special Region of Yogyakarta, especially Bantul District. Data analysis used Mann-Whitney U test. Based on result obtained by Mann-Whitney U significance value between self evaluation with peer evaluation is 0,657 (> 0,05). This means that there is no significant difference in counselor performance evaluation based on self evaluation and peer evaluation instruments.

This study aims to identify the effectiveness of cognitive defusion technique to increase students’ self confidence. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. Subject in this study were six vocational high school student which have low self-confidence. The instrument used is self-confidence scale. To analyze the subjects’ self confidence after receiving cognitive defusion technique, we use the wilcoxon sign test. The results confirm that students' confidence level score were increase after being treat using cognitive defusion technique. It can be concluded that cognitive defusion technique are effective for improving students' self-confidence.

This research aims at examining the effectiveness of transtheoretical model to reduce compulsive internet use of Senior High School students. This research employed single subject design approach. The subject of this research is four students of X graders at St. Joseph Senior High School Malang which obtained high compulsive internet use score. This research utilized transtheoretical model counseling guidebook, compulsive internet use scale, observation and interview guidebook. The results of significant visual and score margin between pre-test and post-test indicate that transtheoretical model is effective to reduce compulsive internet use among Senior High School students.
