Testing A Model Of Drivers And Outcomes For Corporate Communications Team Performance, Timothy Penning, Mark Bain

In a previous study involving depth interviews and a survey of Chief Communication Officers (CCOs), the authors identified the key drivers and inhibitors of high performance on corporate communications teams. In this follow-up study, the authors tested a resulting model of four performance drivers and four outcomes of high-performing teams. In addition, the study analyzed the different perspectives of CCOs, their direct reports and their team members. Results indicated that each variable in the model had several dimensions that were rated distinctly. The purpose of this research is to quantify differences in key performance indicators between paid and organic (not paid) website traffic over a one year period of time at a regional comprehensive university in Kentucky, which is located in the southeastern United States. Two distinct sources of website traffic can be measured: paid traffic and organic traffic. Using data from website traffic analytics, this study employed multiple linear regression analysis and time series methods to understand the similarities and differences between key performance indicators of paid traffic and organic traffic as they relate to key performance indicators. Through a lens of the Knowledge Gap Theory of Mass Communication and the consideration of Media Framing Theory, this research examined the demographics of soccer referees in the Western Kentucky Soccer Officials Association, in addition to the leading motivations for beginning, continuing, and leaving their officiating vocation. Visit Intention And Destination Image In Post-Covid-19 Crisis Recovery, Albattat Ahmad, Azizul Jamaludin, Nini Shaliza, Mohd Zuraimi, Marco Valeri

International Crisis and Risk Communication Conference

The aim of this research is to analyze the factors influencing visit intention and destination image in post-Covid-19 crisis recovery. In post-crisis recovery, the factors influencing visit intention are physical, socio-psychological and financial factors. A total of 426 respondents were selected and analyzed using correlation and multiple regression analyses. The findings demonstrate that physical factors are the main factors that influence tourists’ visit intention. Additionally, destination image significantly affects visit intention and significantly mediates the relationship between the factors and visit intention. All this inevitably affects the organizational structure of the tourist destination.
