จากการศึกษามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบปัจจัยการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาผ่านระบบออนไลน์ และสาเหตุที่ส่งผลให้ผู้เสียภาษียื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาแบบกระดาษ ณ สรรพากรพื้นที่สาขา 2) เพื่อเสนอแนะแนวทางทางการพัฒนาระบบการยื่นแบบฯ ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ และส่งเสริมให้ประชาชน ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาผ่านระบบออนไลน์ โดยการวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ ซึ่งได้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างผู้ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาในเขตพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 400 คน ตัวอย่างโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างโดยไม่ได้อาศัยทฤษฎีความน่าจะเป็น ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบโควตา กลุ่มผู้เสียภาษียื่นแบบฯ ผ่านระบบออนไลน์ จำนวน 378 ตัวอย่าง และกลุ่มผู้เสียภาษียื่นแบบฯ กระดาษ จำนวน 22 ตัวอย่างผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ปัจจัยด้านประชากรและสังคมได้แก่ ช่วงอายุ อาชีพ 2) ปัจจัยด้านพฤติกรรมการยื่นแบบฯ 3) ปัจจัยด้านการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี ได้แก่การรับรู้ประโยชน์จากการใช้เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศในเรื่องทำให้ได้รับเงินคืนภาษีเร็วขึ้นและทำให้รู้สึกประหยัดเวลา การรับรู้ความง่ายต่อการใช้งาน และ 4) ปัจจัยความสำเร็จของระบบสารสนเทศ ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพระบบ ปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของข้อมูล ปัจจัยคุณภาพ ส่งผลต่อการเลือกวิธีการยื่นแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้บุคคธรรมดาแตกต่างกัน

การศึกษา “นโยบายการบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศ ในประเทศไทย” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษารายละเอียดของนโยบาย ปัญหาและอุปสรรคที่เกิดขึ้นในการปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย และเพื่อนำผลการศึกษามากำหนดแนวทางการส่งเสริมให้มีการเข้ามาถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศในประเทศไทยมากขึ้น โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการศึกษาข้อมูลจากเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากบุคลากรของกรมการจัดหางาน ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติทั้งระดับอำนวยการและระดับปฏิบัติการรวมถึงผู้รับบริการจากนโยบาย การศึกษานโยบายการบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย เป็นการศึกษาโดยใช้แนวคิดวงจรนโยบาย (Policy Cycle) มีขั้นตอนการก่อตัวของนโยบายจากแนวคิดพหุกระแส ได้แก่ กระแสปัญหาที่เกิดจากความไม่เหมาะสมของเนื้อหาภาพยนตร์ การเข้ามาแย่งงานคนไทย กระแสนโยบาย จากอุดมการณ์แบบชาตินิยมของรัฐบาล และกระแสการเมืองจากการกดดันของสื่อมวลชนที่มีอิทธิพล หลังจากนั้นจะเป็นกระแสปัญหาจากความไม่ชัดเจนของขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง กระแสนโยบายคือการมีคณะกรรมการภาพยนตร์และวิดีทัศน์แห่งชาติคอยผลักดันมาตรการต่าง ๆ และกระแสการเมืองคือการกำหนดนโยบายซอฟต์พาวเวอร์เป็นนโยบายระดับชาติ ในส่วนของขั้นตอนการนำนโยบายไปปฏิบัติพบว่ามีลักษณะของตัวแบบทางกระบวนของระบบราชการที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาของสำนักงานตามภูมิภาคสามารถเลือกที่จะปฏิบัติหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการหรือแนวทางที่ส่วนกลางกำหนด สำหรับขั้นตอนการประเมินผลนโยบายพบว่านโยบายการบริหารจัดการการทำงานของคนต่างด้าวที่เข้ามาถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย ของกรมการจัดหางานไม่เป็นการส่งเสริมให้มีการเข้ามาถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศในประเทศไทย เป็นเพียงมาตรการเชิงรับเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกหรือลดภาระให้แก่กองถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์จากต่างประเทศ โดยผู้รับบริการจากนโยบายมีความพึงพอใจต่อมาตรการหรือแนวทางที่กรมการจัดหางานกำหนด ในขณะที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานมีปัญหาและอุปสรรคในเรื่องภาระงานที่เพิ่มมากขึ้น จากการศึกษาครั้งนี้นำไปสู่ข้อเสนอแนะ เชิงนโยบาย ได้แก่ การยกเว้นหรือผ่อนปรนมาตรการบังคับใช้กฎหมายกับกองถ่ายทำภาพยนตร์ต่างประเทศ และการบูรณาการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง

The objectives of this study were: 1) to explore the levels and bases of interpersonal trust among employees in the organizational gossip process, and 2) to explore the role of organizational gossip in fostering certain communication climates (i.e., defensive and supportive climates). Adopting an inductive, qualitative approach, 12 semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted with four participants from small enterprises, four participants from medium-sized enterprises, and four participants from large enterprises in the creative industries in Thailand. The current study was a pilot study to assess the feasibility of “Learning to Read with the Magic Seeds,” a four-week shared reading program, and its effectiveness in changing parental beliefs about literacy. Two groups of parents of preschool-aged children with different demographics participated in the study. Parents completed the Parental Reading Beliefs Inventory prior to and after the four sessions. The first session included an introduction, assessments, and a conversation about literacy beliefs, practices in the home, and the importance of talk. This study examined factors that predicted higher cultural skills in practicing school psychologists, and if these skills could be improved through a professional development session. Participants were school psychologists who attended a cultural skills professional development workshop during the National Association of School Psychologists Annual Convention 2024. A Mann-Whitney test was used to examine the change in cultural skills pre- and post-workshop. Kruskal-Wallis tests were used to examine cultural skills by career stage and work settings. The current study was a two-part study looking at the factors influencing student attitudes toward attendance and then building and reviewing a program based on these findings. During the first part of the two-part study, a secondary data analysis was conducted to analyze the factors influencing student attitudes toward attendance. Sluggish cognitive tempo (SCT) was first described as a syndrome associated with attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD); however, SCT may be a unique construct, independent of the presence of ADHD. Archival data from a specialty outpatient adult ADHD clinic were analyzed to further evaluate the relationship between SCT and ADHD. Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is commonly diagnosed in childhood, yet research indicates that symptoms persist into adulthood for approximately two-thirds of clinical cases. Stimulant medications are the primary treatment for all ADHD presentations across developmental ages. This prospective study investigated the relationship between nonmedical prescription stimulant use (NMPSU), mood, anxiety, and quality of life among graduate college students. This research investigated the impact of race-based normative data, the removal of a subtest, and the reason for referral on neuropsychological assessments. Three hypotheses were tested using various statistical methods. The first hypothesis predicted a significant difference in the Average Impairment Rating (AIR) when comparing European American normative data to African American normative data. Language plays a central role in counseling, yet its impact on counseling and psychotherapy remains insufficiently studied in Thailand. This research employed Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) to address this gap by examining the lived experiences of professional Thai practitioners working with clients who do not share their mother tongue. Six practitioners were selected through purposive sampling, and in-depth interviews, reviewed with input from field experts, were conducted to capture their unique perspectives. การวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี (Mixed methods research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหมายและองค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพรวมถึงการพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของมาตรวัดภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย วิธีการดำเนินวิจัยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ระยะ ดังนี้ ระยที่ 1 เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ผ่านการสนทนากลุ่ม (Focus Group) ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล และพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ผ่านการอบรมหลักสูตรบริหารทางการพยาบาล หรือหลักสูตรการเตรียมความพร้อมสู่การเป็นผู้บริหาร มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงาน 10 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย ผู้วิจัย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง ซึ่งผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 3 ท่าน หาค่าร้อยละของความเห็นด้วย (agreement) เท่ากับ ร้อยละ 90 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแนวคิด Thematic Analysis Method ตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือและความอิ่มตัวของข้อมูลคุณภาพ โดยการตรวจสอบแบบสามเส้า (Triangulation methods) ระยะที่ 2 เป็นการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ เพื่อพัฒนาและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของมาตรวัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 390 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (multi-stage sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย แบบสอบถามภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการเป็นสมาชิกที่ดีขององค์กร และ แบบสอบถามประสิทธิผลของหอผู้ป่วย ผลการวิจัยในระยะที่ 1 พบว่า ภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ แบ่งออกเป็น 3 ประเด็นหลักที่สำคัญ ดังนี้ 1) ความหมายของภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการคือ การปฏิบัติตนเพื่อเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี การบริการที่ดีเป็นการสร้างคุณค่าให้กับวิชาชีพพยาบาลและ การพัฒนาตนเองนำไปสู่การพัฒนาองค์กร 2) คุณลักษณะภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการมี 16 คุณลักษณะ และ 3) การสร้างเมล็ดพันธุ์ภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการให้เจริญเติบโตต้องเริ่มต้นที่ตนเอง และองค์กรต้องมีส่วนสนับสนุน พร้อมทั้งให้โอกาสในการพัฒนา ผลการวิจัยในระยะที่ 2 พบว่า องค์ประกอบของภาวะผู้นำใฝ่บริการของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลจุฬาลงกรณ์ สภากาชาดไทย มีทั้งหมด 11 องค์ประกอบ …

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของอิทธิพลของความเกี่ยวพันบุคคลที่มีชื่อเสียงและคุณค่าตราสินค้าต่อความตั้งใจในการเยี่ยมชม ตราสินค้าจุดหมายปลายทางค่ายเพลงเกาหลี โดยตั้งสมมติฐานว่าความเกี่ยวพันบุคคลมีชื่อเสียงและคุณค่าตราสินค้ามีอิทธิพลเชิงบวกต่อความตั้งใจในการเยี่ยมชม และความเกี่ยวพันบุคคลมีชื่อเสียงส่งผลต่อคุณค่าตราสินค้าจุดหมายปลายทาง งานวิจัยนี้มุ่งเติมเต็มช่องว่างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทของค่ายเพลงในการสร้างแบรนด์จุดหมายปลายทาง และสามารถประยุกต์ใช้กับการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมในไทย การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากแฟนคลับชาวไทยจำนวน 400 คน ที่ชื่นชอบศิลปินจาก SM หรือ YG และรู้จักสถานที่ KWANGYA@SEOUL หรือ The SameE โดยใช้แบบสอบถามปลายปิดผ่านออนไลน์ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาและการถดถอยพหุคูณที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความเกี่ยวพันกับศิลปินและคุณค่าตราสินค้าจุดหมายปลายทางมีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจในการเยี่ยมชม โดยความผูกพันทางอารมณ์ของแฟนคลับเป็นแรงผลักดันสำคัญ งานวิจัยเสนอให้ส่งเสริมนโยบายการท่องเที่ยวเชิงแฟนคลับ และออกแบบแบรนด์จุดหมายปลายทางที่เชื่อมโยงผู้บริโภคกับศิลปินในระดับจิตใจ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์และศึกษารูปแบบกลยุทธ์ กระบวนการ และการสื่อสารที่ก่อให้เกิดอิทธิพลในการรวมกลุ่มของวัยรุ่น Gen Z ในบริบทของสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการบริโภคและการตอบสนองต่อกลยุทธ์การสื่อสารของบริษัทนำเข้าสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่น การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งสิ้น 30 คน โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท ได้แก่ ผู้ที่เป็นส่วนหนึ่งต่อการสร้างอิทธิพลในการรวมกลุ่มของสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นในประเทศไทย จำนวน 9 คน และผู้รับชมสื่อการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นที่เกิดในปี พ.ศ. 2540-2549 จำนวน 21 คน การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพดำเนินการด้วยเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์แก่นสารผลการวิจัยพบว่า กระบวนการการรวมกลุ่มประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ ขั้นตอนการค้นพบ ขั้นตอนการเรียนรู้ ขั้นตอนการมีส่วนร่วม และขั้นตอนการสร้างอัตลักษณ์ วงการการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นในไทยมีการรวมกลุ่มแบบผสมผสานระหว่างสื่อออนไลน์และออฟไลน์ กลยุทธ์การสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพต้องเน้นหลักการ 3T ได้แก่ ความจริงใจในการสื่อสารที่ซื่อสัตย์และไม่มีการปิดบัง ความโปร่งใสในการเปิดเผยข้อมูลและกระบวนการที่จำเป็น และความรวดเร็วในการตอบสนองและอัปเดตข้อมูลอย่างทันท่วงที ผลการวิจัยยังพบว่าผู้บริโภค Gen Z ที่มีประสบการณ์แตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมและความต้องการในการรวมกลุ่มแตกต่างกัน การรวมกลุ่มมักเกิดขึ้นในพื้นที่ออนไลน์แล้วจึงนำไปสู่การรวมกลุ่มแบบออฟไลน์ ผ่านแฟนการ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นในโลกออนไลน์ที่มีบทบาทในฐานะผู้ร่วมผลิตที่ขับเคลื่อนวัฒนธรรม

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหา อุปสรรค และข้อขัดข้องในการบังคับใช้พระราชบัญญัติการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท พ.ศ. 2562 ในชั้นการสอบสวนของพนักงานสอบสวนในสังกัดกองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล โดยมุ่งเน้นศึกษาบริบทของกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้วิจัยเลือกใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพโดยค้นคว้าข้อมูลเชิงเอกสาร และการสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง ซึ่งเป็นเก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ พนักงานสอบสวนที่มีประสบการณ์ในการปฏิบัติงานในกองบัญชาการตำรวจนครบาล ผู้ไกล่เกลี่ยที่มีหน้าที่ไกล่เกลี่ยในคดีอาญา พนักงานอัยการ และคณะกรรมาธิการร่างพระราชบัญญัติการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท พ.ศ. 2562 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ถึงแม้พระราชบัญญัติการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท พ.ศ. 2562 มีเจตนารมณ์ในการลดภาระของระบบยุติธรรม ลดปริมาณคดีที่เข้าสู่ศาล และลดจำนวนผู้ต้องขังในเรือนจำ แต่ปัญหาที่พบคือพนักงานสอบสวนกลับไม่นำมาใช้จริงในทางปฏิบัติ เนื่องจากกระบวนการมีความซับซ้อนมากกว่าการดำเนินคดีโดยทั่วไป พนักงานสอบสวนขาดแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติโดยไม่ได้รับค่าตอบแทนจากการดำเนินสำนวนการไกล่เกลี่ย อีกทั้งประชาชนยังขาดความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับกระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท ซึ่งส่งผลให้พวกเขาไม่ยินยอมเข้าสู่กระบวนการไกล่เกลี่ยข้อพิพาท ดังนั้นสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติจึงควรแก้ไขปัญหาโดยการให้ความรู้ประชาชน เพิ่มค่าตอบแทนให้กับพนักงานสอบสวน และจัดให้มีผู้ช่วยพนักงานสอบสวนเพื่อช่วยดำเนินการแทนพนักงานสอบสวน เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและอันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อประชาชนต่อไป

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้ศึกษาการเผยแพร่ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับประเทศจีนของสื่อมวลชนไทย ผ่านกรณีศึกษาเครือมติชน-ข่าวสดและสถานีโทรทัศน์ทีเอ็นเอ็น 16 โดยใช้แนวคิดเรื่องสื่อและนโยบายต่างประเทศ (Media and Foreign Policy) สำหรับวิเคราะห์บทบาททางการทูตของสื่อจีนผ่านนโยบายด้านสื่อของรัฐบาลจีน และการศึกษาสาร (message) ที่รัฐบาลจีนส่งมายังผู้รับสารชาวไทยผ่านเครือมติชน-ข่าวสดและทีเอ็นเอ็น 16 ผลจากการศึกษาพบว่า 1) สื่อมวลชนจีนมีบทบาททางการทูตสาธารณะในการดำเนินนโยบายต่างประเทศ โดยใช้แนวทาง “Tell China's Story Well” ในการส่งเสริมภาพลักษณ์เชิงบวกของประเทศจีน 2) รัฐบาลจีนต้องการเผยแพร่ภาพลักษณ์ความเจริญรุ่งเรืองและความยิ่งใหญ่ของประเทศจีนผ่านเนื้อหาด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม โดยเน้นนำเสนอเรื่องราวทางวัฒนธรรม ประวัติศาสตร์ และอารยธรรมจีนโบราณ 3) รัฐบาลจีนต้องการเผยแพร่ภาพลักษณ์ความสำเร็จทางเศรษฐกิจและความก้าวหน้าทางเทคโนโลยี เพื่อตอบโต้ภาพลักษณ์ด้านลบจากชาติตะวันตก พร้อมสื่อสารว่าประเทศจีนเป็นประเทศทันสมัย เป็นพันธมิตรที่น่าเชื่อถือและรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมโลก ไม่ใช่ภัยคุกคาม 4) ความร่วมมือด้านสื่อระหว่างเครือมติชน-ข่าวสดกับสำนักข่าวซินหัว และทีเอ็นเอ็น 16 กับกลุ่มสื่อจีน สะท้อนให้เห็นว่าสื่อไทยบางส่วนเกิดการเซนเซอร์ตนเองเมื่อนำเสนอข่าวเกี่ยวกับรัฐบาลจีนหรือประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับประเทศจีน

Low salary is a frequently cited reason for attrition from the athletic training profession. Purpose: To systematically review the patient's satisfaction (PS) levels within academic hospitals in Saudi Arabia from January 2012 to the end of October 2022.

Data Sources: Articles were gathered from PubMed, ProQuest, Google Scholar and Web of Science.

Study selection/data extraction: This review identified studies that assessed PS in Saudi Arabian university hospitals. Articles published before January 2012, as well as commentary letters, conference papers, theses and dissertations, were excluded.
