The study evaluates the quality of services received by the Central Library of Birjand University among users based on LibQual components. The present study is descriptive. Data were collected using the LibQual questionnaire, and its reliability is obtained using Cronbach's alpha test. The statistical population included all users of the Central Library of Birjand University which 150 users were selected by non-proportional stratified sampling.
