Thailand relies on the openness economy, in which accounted for rather than two-thirds of GDP. Also, the bilateral exchange rate quoting the most is the Thai baht against the U.S. dollar. Thence, this study examines the determinants impacting on it in order to foresee the direction of Thai baht against U.S. dollar. The scope of this study is from January 2001 through December 2019 and tested by the OLS approach. The main objective of this research is finding out whether the country of origin effect, the branding of “Made in Thailand” for Chili paste product has any leverage on local and foreigner customers upon their purchase intention. The methodology of this research is an online google survey with a total of 160 respondents. As a result, regardless of nationality, 72 percent of all respondents have chosen a package with "Made in Thailand" logo. So the country of origin effect applied to both local and foreigner consumers.

The panel data selected 32 provinces of China during 2003 to 2017 are used in the analysis. This study examines the effect of types of investor investment flow on Thailand Stock Market Index returns. Daily data on investment types, namely, foreign investors, institutional investors, proprietary investors, and retail investors from the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the period 2015 to 2020 is used. The results from the OLS model show that proprietary investors dominate the SET index. สารนิพนธ์ชิ้นนี้มุ่งพิจารณาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประชาคมเศรษฐกิจของอาเซียน การลงทุนด้านการเกษตรของบริษัทมิตรผลในกัมพูชา กับนโยบายสัมปทานที่ดินทางเศรษฐกิจในกัมพูชา และวิเคราะห์ว่าความสัมพันธ์ดังกล่าวส่งผลกระทบด้านความมั่นคงมนุษย์ต่อชาวกัมพูชาและประชาชนในประเทศเพื่อนบ้านอย่างไร โดยสารนิพนธ์ชิ้นนี้ใช้กรอบสิทธิมนุษยชนด้านเศรษฐกิจและการเมืองในฐานะปัจจัยสำคัญสำหรับการส่งเสริมความมั่นคงมนุษย์ในการวิเคราะห์ จากการศึกษาพบว่าประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน เป็นนโยบายที่อำนวยความสะดวกและสร้างโอกาสให้แก่กลุ่มทุนภาคการเกษตรภายในภูมิภาคให้เข้าไปลงทุนและขยายฐานการผลิตในประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน โดยกลุ่มทุนภาคการเกษตรของไทยในกรณีนี้คือบริษัทมิตรผล ซึ่งมีศักยภาพสูง และมีความได้เปรียบเชิงเศรษฐกิจมากกว่าประเทศเพื่อนบ้าน จึงขยายการลงทุนและการผลิตอ้อยและน้ำตาลเข้าไปในกลุ่มประเทศกัมพูชา ลาว เมียนมา และเวียดนาม อย่างกว้างขวาง ทั้งนี้ในส่วนของรัฐบาลกัมพูชาต้องการดึงดูดการลงทุนจากต่างชาติ โดยใช้ประโยชน์จากกรอบความร่วมมือของประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน ได้ประกาศโครงการสัมปทานที่ดินทางเศรษฐกิจเพื่อดึงดูดธุรกิจด้านการเกษตรให้เข้ามาลงทุนในกัมพูชา ซึ่งหมายถึงการขยายตัวของการเช่าพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่เพื่อดำเนินโครงการเพาะปลูกพืชและทำอุตสาหกรรมเกษตร แต่กระบวนการดังกล่าวกลับสร้างผลกระทบด้านความมั่นคงมนุษย์ เกิดการละเมิดหลักสิทธิมนุษยชนจากปัญหาการแย่งยึดที่ดิน ด้วยวิธีการบังคับขับไล่ชาวบ้านจากที่ดิน และการใช้ความรุนแรง ทั้งยังทำให้เกิดปัญหามลภาวะหมอกควันข้ามพรมแดน ซึ่งส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงมนุษย์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมภายในภูมิภาค ปรากฎการณ์ดังกล่าวนี้ขัดแย้งกับนโยบายของอาเซียนที่ระบุว่าจะมุ่งส่งเสริมหลักสิทธิมนุษยชน การพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และปกป้องสิ่งแวดล้อม ||รัฐศาสตรมหาบัณฑิต

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาบทบาทของกองทัพอากาศไทยในการปฏิบัติการทางทหารนอกเหนือจากสงคราม เนื่องจากในสถานการณ์โลกปัจจุบันได้มีภัยคุกคามในรูปแบบใหม่มากขึ้นและกองทัพอากาศไทยได้เล็งเห็นถึงความสำคัญของปัญหาดังกล่าว และกองทัพอากาศไทยเป็นหน่วยงานที่มีกำลังบุคคลและอุปกรณ์ในการช่วยเหลือจึงต้องปรับบทบาทขององค์กรเพื่อให้ดำเนินการได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยจะศึกษามุ่งเน้นไปยังกรณีการดับไฟป่า การศึกษาพบว่ากองทัพอากาศได้มีบทบาทในการดับไฟป่าอย่างมาก เนื่องจากการดับไฟป่าต้องได้รับความช่วยเหลืออย่างรวดเร็ว เพราะไฟป่าสามารถลุกลามสร้างความเสียหายทำลายพื้นที่ทั้งป่าและบ้านเรือนของประชาชนได้ในเวลาอันรวดเร็ว ยิ่งไปกว่านั้นไฟป่ายังส่งผลกระทบต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและสิ่งมีชีวิต ซึ่งกองทัพอากาศในภาวะปกติต้องมีการฝึกซ้อมเพื่อพัฒนาความสามารถ ความรู้ ทักษะ และประสบการณ์ ให้สามารถบริหารจัดการวิกฤตการณ์และภัยพิบัติได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ การศึกษายังได้ข้อสรุปเพิ่มเติมว่าปัจจุบันอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือในการดับไฟป่าได้มีวิวัฒนาการที่ทันสมัย และสามารถใช้เพื่อปฏิบัติการดับไฟป่าได้เร็วยิ่งขึ้น ซึ่งหากกองทัพอากาศไทยนำอุปกรณ์เครื่องมือเหล่านี้มาใช้ก็จะทำให้สามารถดำเนินการดับไฟป่าได้เร็วยิ่งขึ้น

สารนิพนธ์มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาวิเคราะห์แนวทางสำหรับสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติในการพัฒนา ระบบการประสานงานเพื่อจัดการปัญหาการสวมบัตรประชาชนและผู้เข้าเมืองโดยผิดกฎหมาย อันเป็นหนึ่งในปัญหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติที่มีผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงภายในของไทย และลักษณะของปัญหามีความซับซ้อนสูง สารนิพนธ์คำนึงถึงทั้งกระบวนการต้นทางของปัญหาความมั่นคงภายในดังกล่าว คือการที่กลุ่มอาชญากรรมใช้ช่องว่างทางกฎหมายและการทุจริตเพื่อลักลอบสวมบัตรประชาชน และในขั้นปลายทาง ทั้งที่เป็นผู้ใช้ประโยชน์จากการสวมบัตรและการลักลอบเข้าเมือง ได้แก่ ผู้ดำเนินธุรกิจผิดกฎหมายและกลุ่มอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติ และผู้ตกเป็นเหยื่อของกลุ่มอาชญากรรมดังกล่าว เพื่อให้การดำเนินการของรัฐในการป้องกัน สืบสวน และปราบปราม ผู้กระทำความผิดเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ การจัดการกับปัญหาในลักษณะเช่นนี้ต้องอาศัยการกำหนดมาตรการในการปฏิบัติและการประสานงานสำหรับหน่วยงานที่รับผิดชอบทุกหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเป็นระบบ หน่วยงานใดหน่วยงานหนึ่งไม่สามารถเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเพียงลำพังได้ การศึกษาทั้งจากเอกสารคู่มือปฏิบัติงาน และการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง สารนิพนธ์มีข้อเสนอว่า เครื่องมือที่จะช่วยให้สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติปรับการจัดการปัญหาอาชญากรรมข้ามชาติดังกล่าวได้อย่างสมเหตุสมผลและมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้นคือการพัฒนาคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจที่เป็นมาตรฐาน โดยยึดแนวทางสำคัญ 2 ประการ ได้แก่ หนึ่ง การสร้างมาตรฐานการดำเนินการอย่างเป็นขั้นตอน (Standard Operating Procedures: SOPs) เกี่ยวกับมาตรการในการป้องกันปราบปรามและสืบสวนสอบสวน และ สอง การกำหนดแนวทางบูรณาการประสานความร่วมมือและแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลกับหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง (Inter- agency coordination) ในทุกขั้นตอน ประโยชน์ของคู่มือนี้นอกจากจะช่วยสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติหลีกเลี่ยงการเมืองในระบบราชการอันเกิดจากปัญหาข้อขัดแย้งกับหน่วยงานของส่วนราชการอื่นเกี่ยวกับภารกิจหน้าที่และงบประมาณทรัพยากรแล้ว คู่มือดังกล่าวยังเป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของส่วนงานราชการไทย ที่มีหน้าที่ดูแลปัญหาความมั่นคงข้ามชาติเพื่อรับมือกับปัญหาได้ในระยะยาว รวมถึงสามารถพัฒนาปรับปรุงต่อไปตามบริบทความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในอนาคตด้วย

สารนิพนธ์ฉบับนี้ศึกษาบทบาทของกลุ่มการเมืองในฟิลิปปินส์ต่อนโยบายของประธานาธิบดีโรดริโก ดูเตอร์เตที่มีต่อจีน โดยมุ่งพิจารณาบทบาทของกองทัพ รัฐสภา หน่วยงานราชการ ภาคประชาสังคม และสื่อมวลชน จากการศึกษาพบว่า ภายใต้ระบอบประชาธิปไตยของฟิลิปปินส์ กลุ่มการเมืองภายในประเทศทำหน้าที่ตรวจสอบและถ่วงดุล (Checks and Balances) ทำให้ดูเตอร์เตไม่อาจดำเนินนโยบายต่อจีนตามที่มุ่งหวัง โดยดูเตอร์เตต้องการมีความใกล้ชิดกับจีนเพื่อผลประโยชน์ทางเศรษฐกิจ และไม่ต้องการนำปัญหาทะเลจีนใต้มาก่อให้เกิดความขัดแย้งกับจีนภายหลังศาลอนุญาโตตุลาการระหว่างประเทศ (Permanent Court of Arbitration – PCA) มีคำตัดสินข้อพิพาททะเลจีนใต้ที่ส่งผลในทางบวกต่อฟิลิปปินส์ กลุ่มการเมืองภายในเรียกร้องให้ดูเตอร์เตใช้คำตัดสินดังกล่าวเพื่อยืนยันอำนาจอธิปไตยของฟิลิปปินส์ เพื่อลดการแผ่ขยายอำนาจในทะเลจีนใต้ของจีน และตอบโต้พฤติกรรมรุกล้ำของจีนในน่านน้ำฟิลิปปินส์บริเวณทะเลจีนใต้ ขณะที่ดูเตอร์เตไม่ไม่ต้องการเผชิญหน้ากับจีน จึงใช้วิธีแสวงหาความร่วมมือกับจีน อย่างไรก็ตาม การดำเนินนโยบายของดูเตอร์เตทำให้ฟิลิปปินส์ดูเหมือนประเทศเล็กที่ต้องทำตัว อ่อนน้อมให้กับมหาอำนาจอย่างจีน ท่าทีดังกล่าวส่งผลให้กลุ่มและสถาบันการเมืองในประเทศมีปฏิกิริยาเชิงลบทั้งต่อดูเตอร์เตและจีน รวมถึงกระตุ้นกระแสชาตินิยมที่เรียกร้องให้รัฐบาลต้องมีจุดยืนที่แข็งกร้าวตอบโต้จีน ส่งผลให้ดูเตอร์เตต้องลดการโอนอ่อนให้กับจีน ในแง่นี้ชี้ว่า ระบอบประชาธิปไตยที่กลุ่มการเมืองและสถาบันที่ทำหน้าที่ตรวจสอบถ่วงดุลสามารถมีเสรีภาพในการทำหน้าที่ของตนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพนี้ ส่งผลให้ผู้นำต้องรับฟังข้อเรียกร้องของประชาชนในระดับหนึ่ง แม้ว่าผู้นำจะมีลักษณะอำนาจนิยมก็ตาม

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างมนุษย์และสัตว์ในมิติต่างๆของสังคมโดยเฉพาะกับสัตว์เศรษฐกิจ จนนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติต่อสัตว์ในโรงฆ่าของมนุษย์ ซึ่งพบว่ามีปัญหาตั้งแต่การเลี้ยงสัตว์ในฟาร์ม การขนส่ง และกระบวนการฆ่าสัตว์ในโรงฆ่า โดยเฉพาะในโรงฆ่าที่มีปัญหาตั้งแต่สภาพอาคารโรงฆ่าที่สกปรก เครื่องมือไม่ได้มาตรฐาน การดูแลสัตว์ก่อนการเข้าฆ่าที่พนักงานไม่มีความรู้ความเข้าใจที่ดีพอ และวิธีการฆ่าที่ใช้วิธีการทำให้สัตว์สลบโดยใช้ค้อนทุบที่ศีรษะของสัตว์ ซึ่งปัญหาส่วนใหญ่จะเกิดขึ้นในโรงฆ่าขนาดเล็ก ที่มีปัญหาทั้งด้านสุขอนามัยและด้านสวัสดิภาพสัตว์ นอกจากนี้ยังมีปัญหาด้านการตรวจสอบและการบังคับใช้กฎหมายของเจ้าหน้าที่รัฐ ที่ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบขั้นตอนในการฆ่าของโรงฆ่าสัตว์ได้อย่างทั่วถึง รวมถึงข้อกฎหมายที่ยังมีช่องโหว่ในการปฏิบัติต่อสัตว์ ส่งผลให้สัตว์เศรษฐกิจในโรงฆ่านี้ยังไม่ได้รับความคุ้มครองที่ดีพอโดยมีแนวคิดและทฤษฎีเป็นฐานเครื่องมือในการอธิบายถึงความสัมพันธ์และการปฏิบัติต่อสัตว์ของมนุษย์ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ซึ่งใช้วิธีการรวบรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์ และการสังเกตการณ์ ซึ่งพื้นที่ในการศึกษาจะศึกษาเฉพาะการปฏิบัติต่อสัตว์ในโรงฆ่าเท่านั้น จากการศึกษาพบว่า ความสัมพันธ์ของมนุษย์กับสัตว์ที่เกิดขึ้นในบริบทต่างๆของสังคม มีความเกี่ยวพันกับ ศาสนา เศรษฐกิจ วัฒนธรรม และกฎหมาย จนนำไปสู่วิธีการปฏิบัติต่อสัตว์แต่ละประเภท ซึ่งในวิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มุ่งเน้นที่จะศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ของมนุษย์และสัตว์ในสังคมโดยจะมุ่งเน้นไปที่สัตว์เศรษฐกิจจนนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติต่อสัตว์ในโรงฆ่าที่เป็นปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือให้รัฐสนุบสนันผู้ประกอบการรายย่อยด้านอุปกรณ์ สถานที่ และเครื่องมือให้มีมาตรฐานที่ดีขึ้น ปรับแก้บทลงโทษให้มีรายละเอียดและบทลงโทษที่มากขึ้น และประชาสัมพันธ์ให้ประชาชนทั่วไปมีการตื่นตัวต่อชีวิตสัตว์ในโรงฆ่า การศึกษาในครั้งนี้จึงคาดหวังที่จะให้ผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ผู้ประกอบการโรงฆ่าสัตว์ เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ รวมถึงประชาชน ได้ตระหนักถึงคุณค่าในชีวิตของสัตว์ทุกชีวิตและคาดหวังให้มีการตื่นตัวในการรณรงค์ให้มีการฆ่าสัตว์ให้ถูกต้องตามหลัก

การศึกษาเรื่อง แนวทางการพัฒนาระบบฐานข้อมูลการขึ้นทะเบียนผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศและการแจ้งเตือนต่อสาธารณชนของสำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหา สาเหตุ และลักษณะเฉพาะของการกระทำผิดทางเพศ รวมถึงมาตรการป้องกันปราบปรามการกระทำผิดทางเพศที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบัน ศึกษาหลักการ แนวคิด รูปแบบ และวิธีการนำระบบขึ้นทะเบียนผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศและการแจ้งเตือนต่อสาธารณชนมาใช้ในการป้องกันและปราบปรามการกระทำผิดทางเพศ ที่ได้ดุลยภาพระหว่างการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมกับสิทธิเสรีภาพของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ทราบแนวทางในการที่จะนำ “การขึ้นทะเบียนผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศและการแจ้งเตือนต่อสาธารณชน” มาใช้พัฒนาฐานข้อมูลการกระทำผิดทางเพศในกระบวนการยุติธรรมของไทยให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการค้นคว้าเอกสารวิชาการ กฎหมาย และระเบียบต่างๆ ประกอบกับการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่ม เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและหาแนวทางสรุป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การกระทำผิดทางเพศเป็นพฤติกรรมเบี่ยงเบนทางเพศ เกิดขึ้นจากความผิดปกติทางจิตใจ หากไม่ได้รับการรักษาหรือดำเนินการอย่างเหมาะสม จะทำให้มีความเสี่ยงที่จะกระทำผิดทางเพศซ้ำเมื่อกลับเข้ามาสู่สังคมได้ ซึ่งในต่างประเทศ เช่น สหรัฐอเมริกา สหราชอาณาจักร ประเทศฝรั่งเศส และอีก 27 ประเทศ มีระบบการขึ้นทะเบียนผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศและการแจ้งเตือนต่อสาธารณชน เป็นมาตรการหนึ่งในการดำเนินการกับผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศเพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้เกิดการกระทำผิดทางเพศซ้ำ แต่ประเทศไทยยังไม่มีมาตรการดังกล่าว ดังนั้น ผู้วิจัยเห็นว่าประเทศไทยควรตรากฎหมายในการขึ้นทะเบียนผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศและการแจ้งเตือนต่อสาธารณชนขึ้นเพื่อให้การป้องกันปราบปรามการกระทำผิดทางเพศในประเทศไทยเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น โดยกำหนดให้กองทะเบียนประวัติอาชญากร สำนักงานตำรวจแห่งชาติเป็นหน่วยงานในการจัดเก็บและบริหารข้อมูล มีการบูรณาการข้อมูลผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศกับฐานข้อมูลทะเบียนประวัติอาชญากรเดิม แบ่งประเภทผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศตามความรุนแรงของการกระทำผิด และกำหนดระยะเวลาการขึ้นทะเบียน 5 ปี 15 ปี และ 25 ปี ตามลำดับ สำหรับการเปิดเผยข้อมูล ผู้วิจัยกำหนดให้มีการเปิดเผยข้อมูลผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศที่มีความรุนแรงและกระทำต่อเหยื่อที่เป็นเด็กเท่านั้น เพื่อรักษาดุลยภาพของความปลอดภัยของสมาชิกในสังคมโดยรวมและสิทธิ เสรีภาพของผู้กระทำผิดทางเพศ โดยผู้วิจัยได้กำหนดให้มี การจำกัดถิ่นที่อยู่ การจำกัดอาชีพ และการควบคุมการเดินทางระหว่างประเทศด้วย อันเป็นการเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในสังคม และประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันการกระทำผิดทางเพศ

การศึกษาเรื่อง “การบังคับสูญหายในประเทศไทย: ประสบการณ์และมุมมองในเชิงกฎหมายและกระบวนการยุติธรรมทางอาญา” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ในเชิงกฎหมายและกระบวนการยุติธรรมทางอาญา รวมถึงมุมมองหรือทัศนคติของผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญต่อปัญหาการบังคับสูญหายในประเทศไทย สำหรับการศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยเทคนิคการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก ซึ่งเป็นการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้เชี่ยวชาญทางด้านกฎหมาย และสมาชิกครอบครัวของผู้สูญหาย โดยผลการศึกษาพบว่า การบังคับสูญหายในประเทศไทยอยู่ในสภาวะที่ไม่มีบทกฎหมายฉบับใดกำหนดคำนิยามและกำหนดว่ามีความผิด จึงส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาด้านบทบัญญัติทางกฎหมาย กล่าวคือสังคมไทยไม่เข้าใจถึงความหมายของการบังคับสูญหายอย่างถ่องแท้ และส่งผลให้การบังคับสูญหายไม่มีสถานะเป็นอาชญากรรม ดังนั้นจึงทำให้มีการนำกฎหมายอื่นที่ระบุถึงฐานความผิดที่เกี่ยวข้องซึ่งยังมีอัตราโทษที่ไม่เหมาะสมมาบังคับใช้แทน นอกจากนี้ยังส่งผลให้เกิดปัญหาทางด้านกระบวนการยุติธรรมทางอาญา เช่น การสืบสวนสอบสวนที่ไม่น่าเชื่อถือ การที่ครอบครัวของผู้สูญหายไม่สามารถมีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการยุติธรรม หรือการช่วยเหลือเยียวยาที่ไม่มีหลักเกณฑ์ที่ชัดเจนและเหมาะสมกับความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้น ดังนั้น รัฐบาลจึงควรบังคับใช้กฎหมายสำหรับการบังคับสูญหายเป็นการเฉพาะ เพื่อทำให้เกิดกระบวนการแก้ไขปัญหาการบังคับสูญหายอย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมทั้งกำหนดมาตรการอื่น เช่น การช่วยเหลือเยียวยาด้านการเงินแก่ครอบครัวผู้สูญหายในระหว่างการดำเนินคดี การจัดตั้งกลุ่ม/เครือข่ายสำหรับกรณีปัญหาการบังคับสูญหายโดยเฉพาะ เป็นต้น
