This study investigated strategies to enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives in organizational leadership, focusing on supporting women of color in the workplace. The specific problem addressed was the underrepresentation and barriers faced by women of color in leadership positions despite their potential contributions to organizational success. The study employed a qualitative approach, combining qualitative interviews with socioeconomic data analysis. Data collection methods included semistructured interviews with women of color and a survey to gather demographic and employment information. There are over 42,000 organizations in the world, each of which has their own style and practice of organization communication. Out of all those organizations, the one that I chose as the subject of my research paper is the Women’s National Basketball Association, better known as the WNBA. His legacy at Cedarville University is steeped in tradition and service through student life. Dick Walker worked at Cedarville University for 42 years — from 1970 to 2012 — but his work was more of a mission than a place to earn a paycheck. Dick Walker, 78, is being remembered after he passed away Friday, Feb. 9 at 9:20 pm surrounded by family. Walker is survived by his wife, Linda, and their two children, Scott (Valerie) and Tricia (Greg) Clark.

There is a lapse in research exploring middle managers at medical schools during an organizational change. The purpose of this qualitative phenomenological study was to examine the perceptions of middle managers during an organizational change to mitigate burnout and build resilience. The literature reviewed explored how stressors from organizational changes may impact medical school middle managers, leading to feeling less secure about their position and increasing middle managers’ stress leading to burnout.
