A Petri net modeling method based on spatial and temporal was proposed. From aspects of synergetic and software behavior, constraints on the characteristics of spatial and temporal, …

Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: Considering the scheduling model and schedulibility for single-arm cluster tools with wafer residency time constraints, a mixed- integer linear programming model with both single-arm and temporal constraints for processing module was constructed. The rationality of equivalent processing time for concurrency module was theoretically proved. Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: A low-complexity soft-decision decoding algorithm based on the re-encoding technique was proposed for the BCH(15,11) code in BeiDou satellite navigation system. Several candidate information sequences were constructed by the soft-decision vector and then re-encoded in the algorithm if the error in the hard-decision result was detected. The correlation between each codeword and the soft-decision vector was calculated, and the codeword with the maximum correlation value was selected as decoding output. Simulation results show that the presented algorithm outperforms traditional hard-decision decoding at the expense of moderate complexity increase. Moreover, the storage of error-correction ROM signal is avoided. …

Considering the nature of nonlinearity and non-Gaussianity in batch processes, the particle filter algorithm was introduced for the state estimation, and it was further extended …

Journal of System Simulation
Abstract: The enhancement of light extraction efficiency for thin-film-flip-chip light-emitting diodes (LED) based gallium nitride (GaN) with triangular lattice periodic ellipsoid was studied. Three dimensional finite difference time domain methods (3D-FDTD) were applied to analyze the structural parameters (the period and ellipsoid height) effects on thin-film-flip-chip LED light extraction efficiency. FDTD numerical results prove that ellipsoids structure can improve LED light extraction efficiency and impair guide mode. Method rigorous coupled wave (RCWA) is adopted to analyze diffraction characteristics. This research results show that optimization of the periodic ellipsoid can improve thin-film-flip-chip LED light extraction efficiency increased by 2.8 times.
