The aim of this study was to determine the effects of FSH and LH hormones on in vitro development of cat oocytes. The ovaries from spayed cats were brought to the laboratory in +4 °C PBS solution two hours after being collected. This study was made on 79 dogs and 24 cats with dermatomycosis were came to the clinic of Internal medicine of Veterinary Faculty, İstanbul University with complaint of a skin problem to detect the incidence dermatomycosis. Mycological cul-tures were made from the skin samples of infected animals in the laboratory of Microbiology Department. 65% of Microsporum canis, 20% M. nanumand %15 of Candida spp.was diagnosed in all cases. It was diagnosed zoonotic M. canisinfection in 3-years old, male Siamese cat with dermatomycosis, was infected of the cat owner.
