Solid pseudopapillary epithelial neoplasm (SPEN) of the pancreas is a rare neoplasm of the pancreas accounting for only 0.17–2.7% of all pancreatic neoplasms, often detected initially on imaging. Despite advances in imaging, pseudocysts and other cystic neoplasms feature in the differential diagnosis. We report a case of solid pseudopapillary epithelial neoplasm in a young female who presented with a progressively increasing abdominal lump in whom the diagnosis was considered based on imaging studies. She underwent exploratory laparotomy, pancreaticoduodenectomy, pancreaticojejunostomy, hepaticojejunostomy, gastrojejunostomy, and made an uneventful recovery in the postoperative period. Methods This prospective study was conducted at the tertiary care dedicated hospital of COVID-19 in North India between April 1, 2021 and June 30, 2021. A total of 36 children less than or equal to 18 years of age who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 by RT-PCR from nasopharyngeal swab were enrolled. Aims Most contraceptive methods are designed to be used by women due to the paucity of effective contraceptive options for men. This study aimed to assess knowledge, attitude, and family-planning (FP) practice among women of reproductive-age group in Gharbia Governorate, Egypt. Materials and materials A self-administered questionnaire was developed and adapted from previous studies. Scores were used to assess the levels of knowledge, attitude, and practice concerning FP. Results The questionnaire was answered by 430 women. Current use of contraceptives was stated by 81.9%. Background Keratoconus and pellucid marginal degeneration (PMD) are bilateral, progressive, and ectatic corneal disorders characterized by thinning of the cornea. Aim To assess the visual and refractive outcome of using two 90-degree arc intrastromal corneal ring segments (ICRS) in the management of crab-claw topographic pattern. Patients and methods This study included 17 eyes of nine patients with crab-claw topographic patterns, either pellucid-like KC or PMD, needing ICRS.
