Kejadian luar biasa (KLB) Hepatitis A Kabupaten Bogor terus meningkat setiap tahunnya. Pada tahun 2018 terdapat 29 kasusdan pada tahun 2019 meningkat hingga 495 kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan epidemiologi berdasarkan orang, tempat, waktu. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai dasar upaya intevensi yang lebih optimaldan tepat sasaran. Data penelitian diambil dari laporan KLB dandari data kasus Hepatitis A di Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bogor dari Januari-Desember 2019 dan didokumentasikan ke dalam tabel observasi, pengambilan data dilakukan pada Bulan Februari2020 dengan desain penelitian case series. Methods: The Collaborative Space Analysis Framework (CS-AF), introduced in this research, is a cross-disciplinary evaluation method designed to evaluate technology-mediated collaborative workflows. The molecular and cellular processes leading to aortic aneurysm development in Marfan syndrome (MFS) remain poorly understood. In this study, we examined the changes of aortic cell populations and gene expression in MFS by performing single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA seq) on ascending aortic aneurysm tissues from patients with MFS (n = 3) and age-matched non-aneurysmal control tissues from cardiac donors and recipients (n = 4). Methods: The cross-sectional sample was composed of 21,343 individuals (≥65 years) from the Longitudinal Aging Study in India (LASI) Wave 1 in 2017–2018. Data status gizi pada anak usia umur 5-12 tahun di DKI Jakarta menunjukkan underweight 14,0%, stunting 22,7%, wasting 9,9%, dan overweight 6,8%. Data secara spesifik untuk wilayah Jakarta Selatan adalah underweight 7,4%, stunting 17,8%, wasting 6,3%, dan overweight 7,3%. We investigated whether there were differences in associations between cognition with muscle strength, fitness and function in men with prostate cancer (PCa) treated with, and without androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) and non-PCa controls. A secondary aim was to compare differences in the prevalence of cognitive impairment.

WHIM syndrome is a rare immunodeficiency disorder that is characterized by warts, hypogammaglobulinemia, infections, and myelokathexis. While several gain-of-function mutations that lead to C-terminal truncations, frame shifts and point mutations in the chemokine receptor CXCR4 have been identified in WHIM syndrome patients, the functional effect of these mutations are not fully understood. Here, we report on a new WHIM syndrome mutation that results in a frame shift within the codon for Ser339 (S339fs5) and compare the properties of S339fs5 with wild-type CXCR4 and a previously identified WHIM syndrome mutant, R334X. The objective of this study was to evaluate college induced stress reported by college students across the Republic of Ireland and identify the coping mechanisms used to deal with such stress. No previous studies regarding this topic had been published in the Republic of Ireland.
