This research aimed to analogize the resistance patterns against carbapenem antibiotics in Enterobacterales uropathogens between two healthcare facilities. The authors performed this study at the Basic Medical Sciences Institute, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Center, and the National Medical Center. A total of 374 UTI patients were enrolled, equally distributed in the two centers (187 each hospital). Molecular assays supplemented phenotypic susceptibility testing to detect carbapenem resistance. Sustained transmission during 2022-2024, despite reported vaccination coverage above  90%, suggests the presence of vulnerable groups. This study aimed to describe patterns and identify factors associated with laboratory-confirmed measles in Jakarta during 2022-2024. A cross-sectional study was conducted using routine surveillance data from all individuals reported as suspected measles cases during the study period. A 10-year-old castrated male Korean Shorthair cat was presented with a 5-day history of lethargy and nonambulatory paraparesis. Neurological examination revealed delayed postural reactions in both pelvic limbs. Initial radiography of the lumbar spine revealed narrowing of the L7–S1 intervertebral disc space with ventral bony proliferation. Magnetic resonance imaging revealed collapse of the L7–S1 intervertebral disc space with heterogeneous T2-weighted hyperintensity and ventral contrast enhancement of the affected disc, as well as contrast enhancement of the adjacent paraspinal musculature. This systematic review specifically addresses the question of identifying what psychosocial factors for individuals with upper extremity conditions impact recovery. Twenty two studies were examined with four themes arising: coping limitations, anxiety/stress, depression, and kinesophobia/pain. While extensive research exists to support the presence of an impact of psychosocial factors in upper extremity rehabilitation, further research should be done to expand on these findings to include how psychosocial factors effect rehabilitation of individuals with upper extremity conditions, and application of how these relate to the field of occupational therapy and quality of life.
