Insulinoma is a rare neuroendocrine tumor of the pancreas arising from β-cells, leading to excessive insulin secretion and resultant hypoglycaemia. Surgical resection is the first-line treatment for insulinoma, but when surgery is not feasible, medical therapy is an important option. Calcium channel blockers (CCBs) such as verapamil can inhibit insulin release from β-cells and have been proposed as an adjunct therapy to help control blood glucose levels in insulinoma. This study developed and evaluated models using machine learning algorithms to predict the risk of diabetes. The data were primarily sourced from the Indonesia Family Life Survey (IFLS). Maka pada tahun 2019 SIMRS dilakukan integrasi dengan kedua sistem informasi tersebut guna meningkatkan keberhasilan klaim JKN. Death due to SARS-CoV-2 generally occurs in patients requiring hospital care (hospitalization). However, it is still unclear whether vaccination acts as a protective factor against hospitalization in SARS-CoV-2 patients in Indonesia. This study examines the association between vaccination and hospitalization among SARS-CoV-2 patients. It employs a quantitative, cross-sectional design using secondary data from SARS-CoV-2 surveillance records at the Jakarta Health Agency (January–August 2021). Findings show that patients who received the 1st vaccine dose had a 0.34 times lower risk of hospitalization compared to unvaccinated individuals (aPOR=0.34; 95% CI=0.31–0.38). This study aimed to identify the significant predictors of nurse retention in selected private hospitals in Malaysia. A quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional design was employed. A pre-validated, self-administered questionnaire, distributed via Google Forms, was used for data collection. The respondents included 532 registered nurses employed at three private hospitals in Malaysia. Black garlic is produced through controlled fermentation under specific temperature and humidity conditions, during which the Maillard reaction enhances its sensory properties and bioactivity. The anti-hyperuricemic potential of single-clove black garlic (SBG) remains unexplored. This study combined Ultra High-Performance Liquid Chromatography–High Resolution Mass Spectrometry-based metabolomics and an in-silico approach to identify the potential xanthine oxidase inhibitors (XOI) in SBG. Methanolic extracts (10 ppm) exhibited xanthine oxidase inhibition ranging from 50.09% to 68.01%, which is comparable to allopurinol (78.74%) at the same concentration. This study focused on survival analysis and the factors influencing survival in infants with critical congenital heart disease (CCHD). A total of 79 infants diagnosed with CCHD were identified, with 48.1% (n=38) exhibiting duct-dependent pulmonary circulation, 35.6% (n=28) exhibiting duct-dependent systemic circulation, 6.3% (n=5) exhibiting critical non-duct-dependent, and 10.2% (n=8) exhibiting parallel circulation issues.
