[Objective] To establish a rapid detection method for 81 illegal weight loss additives in tablet candy using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS). [Methods] Samples were ultrasonically extracted with 80% methanol-water (containing 0.1% formic acid), separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3 column, and eluted with a gradient of methanol and 0.1% formic acid water solution. Detection was performed using multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) with simultaneous scanning in positive and negative electrospray ionization modes, and quantification was carried out using the external standard method. [Objective] To address the long detection cycles, complex operation, and destructive sampling in apple freshness detection, a rapid and non-destructive detection method based on Zigbee wireless sensor network and partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) is proposed. [Methods] With Red Fuji apples as the research object, a gas sensor array acquisition system based on the Zigbee protocol is designed to monitor the concentration changes of four characteristic gases (ethanol, ethylene, oxygen, and carbon dioxide) during apple storage in real time. [Objective] To establish a rapid detection method for viable Salmonella based on specific phage infection and recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) in response to the key challenge that traditional molecular biological detection methods have difficulty in conveniently distinguishing between viable and non-viable foodborne pathogens. [Methods] Taking advantage of the characteristic that O-1 phage only proliferates in viable bacteria, the phage is added to the enriched sample. After further incubation, total DNA is extracted. [Objective ] This study aims to comprehensively investigate the risk of veterinary drug residues in black bone chicken.[Method ] A method for rapid and simultaneous analysis of 39 veterinary drugs and their metabolites in three categories was established based on low-temperature ultrasonic extraction,solid-phase extraction pretreatment,and ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS ).The samples were extracted by Mcllvaine-Na 2EDTA and phosphate buffer via ultrasonic treatment at low temperatures,purified by Oasis HLB solid-phase extraction column,separated by T 3 chromatographic column,and quantified by the matrix matching external standard method.[Result ] The 39 veterinary drugs and their metabolites showed good linear relationships in …

Objective: To evaluate the antibiotic resistance of five foodborne Escherichia coli clinical isolates to ciprofloxacin, gentamicin and ampicillin. Methods: Based on the theory of electron transfer during bacterial energy metabolism and the introduction of resazurin as a redox probe, an electrochemical square wave voltammetry (SWV) method based on bladed tensin-mediated rapid identification of E. coli drug resistance was established. Objective: This study aimed to rapidly detect the residual quantity of thiamendazole in food. Methods: O-aminophenol and o-phenylenediamine were screened as composite functional monomers by ultraviolet spectroscopy. The polymerization and elution conditions were studied by electrochemical analysis, and the performance of the sensor was evaluated. A rapid method for the determination of thiamendam residues in food was established. Results: Under the control of the optimal conditions, the imprinted sensor had the specific adsorption performance for thiamendam and its structural analogues, and the selectivity for thiamendam was the strongest. The effects of temperature (5~40 ℃), water content (10.14%~29.55%) and frequency (1~100 kHz) on quinoa capacitance were studied by LCR meter. Based on the multiple regression analysis method, and the optimal excitation frequency (21 kHz) and water content detection model for quinoa water content detection were determined. The minimum system board of MSP430F149 microcontroller, TFT touch-screen, AD5933 impedance measurement chip, self-made concentric circle capacitance sensor and DS18B20 digital temperature sensor were selected to complete the design of the quinoa moisture rapid detector. Objective:In order to established a non-destructive, rapid and efficient method for detecting the moisture content of rice. Methods:This study, 161 rice samples were collected from 5 different regions were studied by near infrared spectroscopy combined with stoichiometry. By eliminating abnormal spectra and preprocessing the spectra, the prediction model of rice moisture content was established by partial least squares regression. Results:15 abnormal spectrum samples were eliminated using the method of principal component analysis combined with mahalanobis distance.
