Application And Risk Analysis Of Food Machinery Lubricants In China, Guo Jia, Lin Hong
Application And Risk Analysis Of Food Machinery Lubricants In China, Guo Jia, Lin Hong
Food and Machinery
The use and cognition of food mechanical lubricants in food processing enterprises in China were investigated. The standards and regulations related to food mechanical lubricants at home and abroad were summarized and compared. And the composition and possible hazards of food mechanical lubricants and common edible oil used for lubrication were preliminarily explored. The necessity and safety feasibility of correct and reasonable use of food grade lubricants in food processing were demonstrated, and suggestions for food enterprises to use food grade lubricants reasonably and legally were put forward.

Research On Network Food Safety Supervision Strategy Under The Background Of "Internet Plus", Wang Li-Hua
Food and Machinery
Firstly the research background and the current status of online food safety research were introduced, and then the current status and problems of online food supervision were analyzed in this review. Finally, some supervision strategies were proposed in four ways, i.e., the construction of a smart collaborative supervision platform, the reform of supervision organization and power reshaping, the breaking information asymmetry and the strengthening of consumer rights protection.
Content Of Biogenic Amines From Hunan Bacon And Its Quality Analysis, Hu Peng, Zhou Huang-Hui, Chen Guang-Jing, Li An-Ping
Content Of Biogenic Amines From Hunan Bacon And Its Quality Analysis, Hu Peng, Zhou Huang-Hui, Chen Guang-Jing, Li An-Ping
Food and Machinery
Objective:This experiment is to judge the comprehensive quality of Hunan bacon. Methods:The contents of 8 biogenic amines in Hunan bacon were determined by HPLC-UV. The contents of moisture content, peroxide value and nitrite were measured. Results:The facts showed the total amount of biogenic amines was 127.22~166.24 mg/kg, which were mainly composed of cadaverine, putrescine, spermine and tyramine. The content of histamine was 0.43~10.24 mg/kg while the content of tyramine was 2.11~57.60 mg/kg. As for the physical and chemical indicators, the moisture content in the sample ranged from 13%~23%, the detection range of peroxide value was 0.014 2~0.035 0 g/100 …
Research On Food Safety Supervision System In Chinese Cross-Border E-Commerce Market, Shi Gao-Yan
Research On Food Safety Supervision System In Chinese Cross-Border E-Commerce Market, Shi Gao-Yan
Food and Machinery
The development status of the cross-border E-commerce market was introduced, and the shortcomings of the current cross-border e-commerce food safety supervision system in my country was analyzed. Moreover, the direction of food safety supervision system construction in cross-border E-commerce was also discussed, from the following aspects of the food information traceability system, food safety risk early warning system, enterprise credit management system and consumer rights protection system.
Social Supervision Mechanism Of Food Safety Management In China, Tang Zhang-Yuan
Social Supervision Mechanism Of Food Safety Management In China, Tang Zhang-Yuan
Food and Machinery
The social supervision mechanism in China's tourism food safety governance mainly includes three forms: consumer rights protection supervision, social organization supervision and industry self-discipline supervision. However, in the practical operation o
The Improvement Strategies Of Punitive Compensationliability For Food Consumption, Pei Bao-Li
The Improvement Strategies Of Punitive Compensationliability For Food Consumption, Pei Bao-Li
Food and Machinery
Many issues areexisting in the legislations about the punitive damages of food consumption. The punitive damages correspond to different types, whole the relevant regulations are scattered and disordered. Specifically, the uncertain foundation of the right to claim and the conflict rules in competition and cooperation are mostly concerned, and the disputes in cases of determining the subjects of legal rights and the subjects of responsibility matter significantly. By analyzing current regulations and cases, the resolutions of these deficiencies are proposed, and the foundation of the right to claim should be determined by the base number types of punitive damages. As …
Assessment Of Protein Quality, Lipid Metabolism, Hepatic Transcriptome And Safety Of A Silver Carp (Hypophthalmichthys Molitrix) Derived Sarcoplasmic Protein Powder., Derek Cole Warren
Assessment Of Protein Quality, Lipid Metabolism, Hepatic Transcriptome And Safety Of A Silver Carp (Hypophthalmichthys Molitrix) Derived Sarcoplasmic Protein Powder., Derek Cole Warren
Graduate Theses, Dissertations, and Problem Reports (ETD)
Fishery resources are currently operating either near optimal yield or at levels with elevated risk for fish stock depletion. A solution for overcoming limitations of natural fish resources is through utilization of less desirable fish species and fish processing by-products. Water-soluble sarcoplasm proteins consist of 25 – 30% of protein in carp, are lost in wash water during processing and can be recovered and freeze-dried to produce a protein-rich powder (CSP). The objective of this project was to evaluate the protein quality and safety of CSP, assess diets consisting of CSP or commercial milk proteins effects on lipid metabolism, and …
Characterization Of Bacterial Isolates Obtained From Commercial Poultry Feed And Retail Food Using Whole Genome Sequence Analysis And Selected Biochemical Tests, Elena George Olson
Characterization Of Bacterial Isolates Obtained From Commercial Poultry Feed And Retail Food Using Whole Genome Sequence Analysis And Selected Biochemical Tests, Elena George Olson
Electronic Theses & Dissertations
The goals of this study is two-fold. The first part investigates bacterial isolates from commercial poultry feed and the second part deals with bacterial isolates recovered from retail food. In order to reduce pathogen contamination in poultry products identification of overall microbial populations in poultry production processing steps have always been considered an important monitoring tool for assessing sanitizer effectiveness and the corresponding responses of bacteria load levels on poultry carcasses. Bacterial isolates recovered from corn-based chicken feed were purified on aerobic plate count agar and eleven morphologically different colonies were selected for whole genome sequencing. In this part, the …
Analysis Of Notifications On China Food Safety By Eu Rapid Alert System For Food And Feed (Rasff) In 2016~2017, Yuan Yanfang, Chen Hui
Analysis Of Notifications On China Food Safety By Eu Rapid Alert System For Food And Feed (Rasff) In 2016~2017, Yuan Yanfang, Chen Hui
Food and Machinery
This article analyzes the food safety notifications on China by EU Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed(RASFF)in 2016~2017 from five perspectives: number of notifications, notifying countries, notification types, product categories and hazard categories. It makes a summary on the characteristics of food safety notifications on China by RASFF in 2016~2017, and analyses the key food categories and risk factors focused by European Union. Finally, three suggestions are concluded to improve food safety supervision in China, including establishing a food safety early warning platform based on data analysis; accurately analyzing the characteristics of food safety risks notified by RASFF to …
Biosafety: Evaluation And Regulation Of Genetically Modified (Gm) Crops In The United States, Richard E. Goodman
Biosafety: Evaluation And Regulation Of Genetically Modified (Gm) Crops In The United States, Richard E. Goodman
Department of Food Science and Technology: Faculty Publications
This review of the safety assessment of genetically modified (GM) crops is focused primarily on the process and progress in the United States (US). It reviews the development of the safety evaluation process from the Asilomar conference in 1975 considering issues relevant to recombinant DNA technology, to discussions between the US government, academic and industrial scientists between 1984 and 1994 when the first GM crops were being field tested and evaluated commercial release for food and feed production. International guidelines were also reviewed for consistency with the US system. The overall process includes consideration of information relating to history of …
