This is a lab and worksheet created by students of Biology 141 as a project for the A with Honors Program. to demonstrate transcription from DNA to RNA. After completing this exercise, the student should be able to distinguish between yields after electrophoresis, describe which varied substance contributed to the largest yield, and describe the importance of not contaminating the sample.
