This scientific paper deals with the problem of extracting Ca2+ and Md2+ salts from water in order to prevent the formation of scale on the heating surfaces of heat exchange equipment. The features, advantages and disadvantages of chemical, membrane and ion exchange methods of water treatment have been evaluated. In recent years, both in our country and abroad, ultrasonic extraction methods have been increasingly used in industrial production, which is associated with the extraction of various substances and compounds from natural plant substrates. Domestic and foreign experience shows that this method has significant advantages over traditional methods and can significantly increase the efficiency and profitability of industrial enterprises, producing complete and functional food products.
This article discusses a brief theory of ultrasonic cavitation and the experience of extracting substrates from plants. Different results have been compared and analyzed.

The experience of modernization of the Honeywell Process Control Laboratory at Tashkent State Technical University has been considered (which is equipped with upgraded equipment (simulators for simulating various technological processes, distance learning tools). As a result, the quality of the demonstration of process control mechanisms increased the availability of theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of automated control systems. They also considered the teaching methods necessary for a modern student – remote access in real time, when students pass a knowledge test, consult with teachers, etc.

Most industrial automation facilities are multi-circuit with a significant influence of cross-links between the goals. The paper develops a system for automatic parameter adjustment of a programmable logic controller that implements the proportional-integral-differential control law of a multidimensional dynamic object. The issues of decentralized management of multidimensional dynamic objects are discussed. The control system is based on the method of independent synthesis with static compensation of the impact of cross-links. Additional software has been developed to determine the parameters of the control system. In this work adjustments in the rotogravure printing process are proposed to the varnish water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) aiming to obtain results smaller than 20g/m²/24h. One case study was used for the propositions for improvements, where focused on varnish application process in a gravure printer for an eight-printing unit cartonboard packaging, maximum printing speed of 175 m/min and a 285 g/m² weight cartonboard. The academia and industry have been pursuing network-on-chip (NoC) related research since two decades ago when there was an urgency to respond to the scaling and technological challenges imposed on intra-chip communication in SoC designs. The unequal-area facility layout problem (UA-FLP) is the problem of locating rectangular facilities on a rectangular floor space such that facilities do not overlap while optimizing some objective. The objective considered in this paper is minimizing the total distance materials travel between facilities. The UA-FLP considered in this paper considers facilities with fixed dimension and was motivated by the investigation of layout options for a production area at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing West Virginia (TMMWV) plant in Buffalo, WV, USA. Abstract: In order to improve the scheduling stability of ship-borne and reduce the uncertainty risk during the operation, the deck scheduling mathematical model is designed. For the refueling uncertainty, the equipment failure distribution function is established, and the research method of guarantee operation risk factor value and fault opportunity influence factor is proposed. The uncertainty target function calculation model is derived and solved using the improved taboo algorithm to obtain the scheduling optimization scheme. Simulation experimental results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed research method.

Abstract: To explore the evolution process of rice leaf cell morphology with the help of computer visualization technology, it is necessary to establish the biomechanical relationship between the cell geometry model and its deformation. A dynamic simulation method is proposed for the 3D visualization of leaf cells based on the physical-mechanical properties, in which the cytoskeleton topology is represented by a "half-edge" data structure, and the surface geometries are constructed using a bicubic Bézier surface. Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of driving in foggy weather, a microscopic model of car following and lane changing traffic flow is established based on cellular automata. In view of the instability of car following state in foggy weather, dynamic random acceleration is introduced to segment modeling. Abstract: As an important cognitive behavior in Computer Generated Forces (CGF), Intention Recognition reasons the temporal relations between actions of friends and enemies to recognize their true intentions, and provides the observer with far more focused decision-making ability. In order to further formalize the modeling of CGF-oriented intention recognition, the paper reviews the worldwide research development from 1980s, along with the designs and implementations of different methods. Abstract: Establishing an accurate mathematical model of main steam temperature is the basis of improving the performance of control system. Aiming at the problems of early maturity and slow convergence in traditional particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm in model identification, an improved PSO algorithm with shrinkage factor is proposed. The algorithm improves the global optimization capability and convergence speed of the algorithm by adjusting the shrinkage factor. Abstract: To realize multi-agent intelligent planning and target tracking in complex naval battlefield environment, the work focuses on agents (submarine or warship), and proposes a simulation method based on reinforcement learning algorithm called Deep Q Network (DQN). Two neural networks with the same structure and different parameters are designed to update real and predicted Q values for the convergence of value functions.
