This article presents a method for assessing the error of metrics of an intelligent system for monitoring and regulating the width of the working gap of the harvesting apparatus of a cotton picker. To assess the error, the calculation of the average value of the standard deviation of metrics, absolute systematic and random errors, as well as absolute and relative total errors are used. The results of these calculations will allow us to determine the accuracy of the recognition system and opportunities for its improvement.

This paper presents the results of studies carried out on magnetoelectric drives that carry out linear movement, models of drives are built and, on their basis, studies of the main indicators associated with the movement of a linear armature are carried out, such as: speed of movement, acceleration, current values, voltage and traction force of the armature. Also presented are the results of a study of magnetoelectric linear motion drives based on an analysis of graphs of their dynamic characteristics.

The methods of nitric acid processing of phosphate raw materials are analyzed. A technology has been developed for the nitric acid processing of phosphate raw materials into nitrogen-phosphorus fertilizer with the implementation of the process in a condensed pulp by adding sulfuric acid. A technology for producing complex fertilizers with a wide range of N:P2O5:K2O ratios with improved physico-chemical parameters due to the introduction of various potassium salts into the process is proposed.

The article presents the results of an experimental study on the hydraulic resistance of a tubular-grid nozzle made of smooth pipes and pipes with spiral turbulators. Experiments were carried out with nozzles made of smooth pipes and pipes with turbulators. Spiral turbulators are placed discretely with a step t/d=0,3125-0,9375 and installed on a tube sheet in a checkerboard pattern with a step s/d=1,15-10. Experimental studies were carried out with air flow in the transition region.

This article discusses an optimized version of the standard design developed by Yu.I.Zhuravlev, an optimization procedure through an algebraic approach based on precedent algorithms that solves the problem of pattern identification. The formation of the convex hull of the recognition operator and corrective procedures of information models by mutual compensation of each other was also studied. The paper presents the results of a study of the physico-chemical characteristics of the liquid fraction of products of thermal oxidative pyrolysis of worn tires. The mass fraction of the volatile gas compounds, the optimal boiling points of the obtained condensates and the flashpoint of pyrolysis liquids, together with the mass composition of cracking products of rubber products at high-temperature pyrolysis at a temperature of 800-900 °C, were determined. The article discusses promising optoelectronic converters (OP) for wide application of angular movements. A methodology and diagram for calculating OP with the transverse movement of a moving element is presented; in order to simplify the calculation, the weight range of angular movements is conventionally divided into three sub ranges. The article examines the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical circuit of the developed induction vibration transducer. It is found that in the investigated transducers forced oscillations occur with the frequency of the input disturbing force, the amplitude of forced oscillations does not depend on the initial conditions and time, and in forced oscillations with damping there is always a shift of the oscillation phase compared to the phase of the input disturbing force.
