Many fast Fourier transforms are used to identify defective parts of uneven surfaces on roads and send information to relevant organizations on the road, using the " RAVON YO‘LLAR" application installed on a mobile device during car movement. We determine the uneven parts of the road. Smooth and well-maintained roads reduce the risk of vehicle collisions, skidding and other road-related incidents. The article presents the results of an experimental study on the hydraulic resistance of a tubular-grid nozzle made of smooth pipes and pipes with spiral turbulators. Experiments were carried out with nozzles made of smooth pipes and pipes with turbulators. Spiral turbulators are placed discretely with a step t/d=0,3125-0,9375 and installed on a tube sheet in a checkerboard pattern with a step s/d=1,15-10. Experimental studies were carried out with air flow in the transition region.

This article discusses an optimized version of the standard design developed by Yu.I.Zhuravlev, an optimization procedure through an algebraic approach based on precedent algorithms that solves the problem of pattern identification. The formation of the convex hull of the recognition operator and corrective procedures of information models by mutual compensation of each other was also studied. The paper presents the results of a study of the physico-chemical characteristics of the liquid fraction of products of thermal oxidative pyrolysis of worn tires. The mass fraction of the volatile gas compounds, the optimal boiling points of the obtained condensates and the flashpoint of pyrolysis liquids, together with the mass composition of cracking products of rubber products at high-temperature pyrolysis at a temperature of 800-900 °C, were determined. Acquiring the necessary skills to perform a work effectively and efficiently requires a significant investment of time and computing power. Previous applications of Reinforcement Learning (RL) for action optimization in humanoid robotics have shown how promising this technology is for moving robotics towards true autonomy and versatility. Therefore, this study offers the first use of RL to create an entirely optimal kicking action for the Alderbaran Nao robot. Kicking motions that were steady, precise, quick, and able to kick farther than any existing RoboCup squad were generated by optimizing for a multi-objective reward function. Interpreting multi-layer perceptron (MLP) classifier outputs as posterior probabilities is a well-established practice in machine learning and is supported in the literature. However, several authors point out that MLP outputs are very poor estimates of the posterior probabilities. This is demonstrated for classifiers with and without nonlinear output activation. Achieving this reliability depends on key factors such as model complexity, sufficient training data availability, and optimization techniques' effectiveness. This article discusses the invariant subspaces that are restricted to be external direct sums. Some existence conditions are presented that facilitate finding such invariant subspaces. This problem is related to the decomposition of coupled differential-difference equations, leading to the possibility of lowering the dimensions of coupled differential-difference equations. As has been well documented, lowering the dimension of coupled differential-difference equations can drastically reduce the computational time needed in stability analysis when a complete quadratic Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional is used. Most known ad hoc methods of reducing the order are special cases of this formulation.

This article discusses invariant subspaces of a matrix with a given partition structure. The existence of a nontrivial structured invariant subspace is equivalent to the possibility of decomposing the associated system with multiple feedback blocks such that the feedback operators are subject to a given constraint. The formulation is especially useful in the stability analysis of time-delay systems using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach where computational efficiency is essential in order to achieve accuracy for large scale systems. This dissertation addresses challenges in control design for safety-critical robotic systems with input constraints. It focuses on developing novel control barrier function (CBF) approaches to ensure safety while optimizing performance. The work is motivated by the limitations of traditional methods in handling nonlinear systems with multiple constraints and actuator limits.

Three main contributions are presented. First, a soft-minimum barrier function is introduced, utilizing finite-time horizon predictions to create control forward invariant subsets of the safe set while respecting actuator constraints. This method is extended to multiple backup controls, which can enlarge the safe operating region.

Associative learning, a key cognitive process seen across the animal kingdom, enables organisms to form connections between stimuli and adapt their behaviors based on past experiences. A particularly powerful example is fear conditioning, where animals learn to associate a neutral stimulus with an aversive one, allowing them to predict and avoid potential threats. Inspired by this mechanism, this project implements associative learning on an unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) to develop adaptive behavior through neuromorphic principles.
