Currently, the introduction of mechatronics and robotics into modern technologies, including rural industry, which are based on different types of mechatronic modules, is relevant. The article discusses the functioning algorithm of the electro-pneumatic multi-position mechatronic system of an intelligent robot. The mechatronic system under consideration is an integrated complex of electro-pneumatic elements, electronic elements and computer technology, with constant dynamic changes in energy and information between them, united by a common automatic control system. The main distinctive feature of this mechatronic system is increased positioning accuracy and high traction forces.

The theory and practice of establishing industrial automation systems for glass furnaces and installations as they are right now are taken into consideration. Comparative analysis is based on publications over the last 20 years in the field being studied. On the basis of an analysis of the review materials, generalizations are made that form the basis for proposals aimed at modernizing and improving the technology and instrumentation of fuel combustion processes in gas-burning furnaces and installations, as well as monitoring and control systems for technological processes occurring in glass furnaces and installations.

Reaction wheels are widely used in aerospace systems as a method of attitude control. This research was focused on the design, development, and testing of a hardware-in-the-loop reaction wheel testbed that can be used for research and teaching applications related to satellite navigation and control. This project successfully utilized commercial off-the-shelf components to develop a reaction wheel capable of controlling the orientation of a freely rotating platform, as well as tracking objects using computer vision.

Robot path planning is a critical feature of autonomous systems. Rapidly-exploring Random Trees (RRT) is a path planning technique that randomly samples the robot configuration space to find a path between the start and end point. This thesis studies and compares the performance of four important RRT algorithms, namely, the original RRT, the optimal RRT (also termed RRT*), RRT*-Smart, and Informed RRT* for six different environments. The issues of choice of architectures of neural networks that produce parametric identification of the object regulation. The article presents the results of the study of the pumpkin drying process, comparisons with different drying models are carried out. A mathematical model for numerical analysis has been developed. Pumpkin drying rates are calculated and various drying models are investigated. 5 different drying models were used to verify the accuracy of experimental data and search for the most suitable model. The experimental data obtained for the drying air temperature of 45 °C, 55 °C and 65 °C were applied to various drying models.

In this work, a mathematical model of industrial wastewater treatment technology was formed. First, wastewater treatment technologies were analyzed and the technology of ion-exchange resin treatment was selected. A water purification device using ion-exchange resins was made, and tested on the Kungrad soda plant and the results were obtained. According to these results, it was determined that the cleaning coefficient of the device is up to 98-99%. In this article, a mathematical model of a wastewater treatment device using ion-exchange resins was developed using the stoichiometric matrix method. In energy-constrained environments, optimizing energy consumption and ensuring a continuous power supply for UAVs is crucial for mission success. This dissertation makes new contributions to the modeling and implementation of Tendon Driven Continuum Robots (TDCRs). Specifically, motivated by 3D printing of concrete using a continuum hose robot in construction applications, we focus on TDCRs featuring compliance in the robot backbone and actuating tendons, e.g. surgical robots/endoscopes/catheters with tendon actuation. We expand previous mechanics-based models to show how and why such compliance significantly restricts performance when traditional kinematics-based planning and control techniques are applied.

For simulation and calculation of dynamic processes in continuous-discrete systems topological interpolation method is proposed, based on application of hybrid methods of space of state variables and interpolation of signals. The article examines the magnetic circuits of both existing and developed differential transformer displacement sensors for large linear displacements. These circuits are characterized by a specific distribution structure of magnetic resistance parameters in long ferromagnetic cores and the magnetic capacitance between them. It is shown that in the existing sensor, the distribution of working magnetic flux along the length of the ferromagnetic cores has a nonlinear nature, resulting in a nonlinear relationship between the output signal in the form of electromotive force and the input linear displacement of the sensor. In this manuscripts, the synthesis of control systems with multilayer neural networks based on the speed gradient methods is given. For adjusting the weight coefficients of the base processor element, the gradient method of minimizing the learning criterion is used. A procedure for the synthesis of neural network control systems based on the velocity gradient methods has been developed. This guarantees the stabilization of the system under external limited disturbances that are inaccessible to direct measurement. A focus of the Power Systems and Networking communities is the design and deployment of Microgrid (MG) integration systems that ensure that quality of service targets are met for load sharing systems at different endpoints. This paper presents an integrated Microgrid testbed that allows Microgrids endpoints to share their current, voltage and power values using a Network Published Shared Variable (NPSV) approach. We present Round Trip Time (RTT) measurements for time sensitive Microgrid control traffic in the presence of varying background traffic as an example quality of service measurement.
