Analytical Method For Investigating Nonlinear Magnetic Circuits Of Measuring Transducers With A Standard Parameter Distribution Structure, Javhar Sulton O'G'Li Fayzullayev
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The article proposes a new analytical method for investigating magnetic circuits with distributed parameters and nonlinear magnetic coupling. The method is based on introducing into the system of nonlinear differential equations of such circuits the condition that the second derivative of the magnetic flux with respect to the circuit length is equal to zero, as well as on assuming that one of the geometric parameters of the studied magnetic circuit – the value of the air gap between ferromagnetic cores, their thickness, width, or the linear value of the number of turns of the distributed excitation winding – is a …

Investigation Of Nonlinear Magnetic Circuits Of Measuring Transducers With A Special Parameter Distribution Structure, Javhar Sulton O'G'Li Fayzullayev
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The article proposes a new analytical method for investigating nonlinear magnetic circuits with a special structure of parameter distribution. The method is based on introducing into the system of nonlinear differential equations of such circuits the condition that the second derivative of the magnetic flux along the length of the circuit is equal to zero, as well as on the assumption that one of the geometric parameters of the studied magnetic circuit – the size of the air gap between the ferromagnetic rods, their thickness, width, or the linear value of the number of turns of the distributed excitation winding …
Study Of Dynamic Characteristics Of The Mechanical Circuit Of The Developed Induction Inertial Vibration Transducer, Sulton Fayzullayevich Amirov, Asror Abdunabiyevich Shoimkulov
Study Of Dynamic Characteristics Of The Mechanical Circuit Of The Developed Induction Inertial Vibration Transducer, Sulton Fayzullayevich Amirov, Asror Abdunabiyevich Shoimkulov
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The article examines the dynamic characteristics of the mechanical circuit of the developed induction vibration transducer. It is found that in the investigated transducers forced oscillations occur with the frequency of the input disturbing force, the amplitude of forced oscillations does not depend on the initial conditions and time, and in forced oscillations with damping there is always a shift of the oscillation phase compared to the phase of the input disturbing force. It is shown that the induction vibration transducer reproduces the measured vibrations with small distortions only in a relatively narrow frequency region at frequencies of the input …

Investigation Of Magnetic Circuits Of Differential Transformer Displacement Sensors, Sulton Fayzullaevich Amirov, Absaid Khurramovich Sulliev, Shukhrat Azamatovich Sharapov
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The article examines the magnetic circuits of both existing and developed differential transformer displacement sensors for large linear displacements. These circuits are characterized by a specific distribution structure of magnetic resistance parameters in long ferromagnetic cores and the magnetic capacitance between them. It is shown that in the existing sensor, the distribution of working magnetic flux along the length of the ferromagnetic cores has a nonlinear nature, resulting in a nonlinear relationship between the output signal in the form of electromotive force and the input linear displacement of the sensor. It has been established that by selecting the law of …

The Magnetic Chain Mathematical Models Of A New Angular Displacement Converter With A Variable Active Area Of A Movable Core, Sultan Faizullayevich Аmirov, Ulugbek Shukhratovich Mamadaliyev, Islom Azim Ugli Karimov
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
The article develops mathematical models of the magnetic chain of new differential type angular displacement transformer converter with a variable active area of the movable core, in which the width of the movable ferromagnetic core is a function of the angular displacement of the converter. In this case, the magnetic chain of the converter, divided into three characteristic (before the mobile ferromagnetic core, ferromagnetic core and after the ferromagnetic core) sections, is considered as a magnetic chain with distributed parameters. It is established that when the magnetic resistance of the magnetic chain steel part is not taken into account, the …

New Transformer Changer Static Characteristics Measuring Angle Silences Difference, Sultan Faizullayevich Аmirov, Nurulla Raxmatullayevich Yuldashev
Chemical Technology, Control and Management
Presented the specific features of the new transformer converter, which measures the difference in angular displacement, and examines the nonlinearity levels of static characteristics, sensitivity and static characteristics. Studies have shown that in a new measuring device, where one of the two moving parts consists of a magnetic conductor made in the form of an Archimedean spiral made of ferromagnetic material, the balance of the magnetic bridge changes not only depending on the angle of rotation of it’s shoulder resistances. the current is disturbed by the change in the magnitude of the combined air gap depending on the angle of …
