Analysis And Study Of The Content Of Chloride Salts In Oil, Natalia Evgenievna Sheina, Muborak Akramovna Mirshomilova
Technical science and innovation
The article addresses the critical issue of crude oil quality control, specifically focusing on the determination of chloride salts (sodium, calcium, and magnesium), which exert a destructive impact on processing equipment. The paper provides a detailed analysis of the adverse effects of salts, which lead to severe equipment corrosion, scaling, and a reduced yield of valuable oil fractions. The chemical principles and specific applications of two standardized methods for analyzing aqueous extracts according to GOST 21534-2021 and ASTM D3230 are described: indicator (argentometric and mercurimetric) and potentiometric titration. The experimental section presents the results of a comparative analysis of crude …

Modern Ir-Spectroscopic Methods For The Analysis Of Hydroxybenzene-Methanal Resin Obtained On The Basis Of 2,5-Furandion, Sherali Anvarovich Umarov, Ravshan Israilovich Ismailov Ismailov
Technical science and innovation
The chemical changes occurring during the synthesis of hydroxybenzene-methanal resins obtained on the basis of 2,5-furandion under various ratios and temperature conditions were investigated using the IR spectroscopic method. Analysis of the compositional changes in the resin during the production of the thermoreactive resin revealed that the content of hydroxyl groups (~3300–3500 cm⁻¹) decreased, while the aldehyde groups (~1700–1750 cm⁻¹) increased; moreover, the presence of ether groups (~1050–1150 cm⁻¹) indicated that the process was successful. The synthesis of resins based on thermoreactive hydroxybenzene-methanal resins was carried out at high temperatures (70°C, 80°C, 95°C). During the identification of the functional groups …

This paper examines the effects of chitosan, starch, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) to improve the surface properties of cellulose-based paper obtained from local raw materials. The polymers are incorporated into the paper polythene by spraying. The results showed that the addition of chitosan to paper polythene, which is made of cellulose fibers, has an improvement in surface properties compared to the effect of other additives. The degree of exposure of starch coincided with the degree of exposure of chitosan, but it resulted in a decrease in the water absorption potential of the paper compared to chitosan at the same concentration. …

In the article proposes new compositions based on fire retardant expanded polymer composites of epoxy resin ED-20 and phosphorus-containing oligomers, catalysts, aluminum hydroxide and nitrogen-containing compounds.
The obtained sample of fire retardant expanded polymer composites based on epoxy resin, as well as the initial substances, were investigated by IR spectroscopy (Nicolet 5700), thermogravimetric analysis (TG) (SDT Q600) of physical and chemical properties and determination of fire retardant efficiency according to GOST R 53295-2009.
Infrared spectroscopy has been used to determine the bends and epoxy groups that characterize composites, as well as to determine the frequencies of phosphorus, nitrogen, and metal-containing …
