Reduction Of Volatile Acidity Of Grape Wines By Immobilized Lipase, Azamhon Kh. Khasanov, Barno A. Abdullaeva, Xasan T. Khasanov

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

The aim of this work is to study the enzymatic transformation of acetic acid into ethyl acetate by immobilized lipases of the fungus Rhizopus microsporus UzLT-1 obtained on the basis of silica gel and phosphatidylethanolamine to reduce the content of volatile acids in grape wines. In the work, a preparation of lipase from the fungus Rhizopus microspores was used. Lipolytic activity was measured by photocolorimetric method using rhodamine 6G as a chromophore agent. The catalytic property of lipolytic enzymes from the fungus Rh.microsporus immobilized on the surface of silica gel coated with polyamides and modified cephalin in aqueous-alcoholic media was …

The Effectiveness Of Certain Biological Additives Considered By-Products Of The Food Industry In Baker’S Yeast Activation, Nataliya E. Kulikova, Antonina G. Chernobrovina, Natalia N. Roeva

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

One of the ways to increase the efficiency of the activation process of baking yeast is the use of waste and by-products of the food industry as nutrient media. The goal of the study was to develop ways to activate yeast in a nutrient medium with dietary supplements: potato cell sap, whey and quince pomace powder. We demonstrated the effectiveness of the use of biological additives (potato cell juice, quince pomace powder, whey), which are waste or by-products of the food industry to activate yeast. We have established that incubation in a nutrient medium with dietary supplements has a beneficial …

Physical And Chemical Properties, Elemental Composition And Microbiological Purity Of Oil Extract Of Chamomile Flowers In Bitter Almond Oil, Khakim Tukhtaev, Sevara Khazratkulova

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

The aim of the study was to obtain an oil extract with the participation of chamomile officinalis (Matrigaria Recutito) grown in the Tashkent region using bitter almond oil (Amygdalus communis L.). Its chromatographic and elemental analyzes have been carried out, its microbiological purity and physicochemical constants have been determined. For extraction, we used bitter almond oil obtained by cold pressing. Extraction of chamomile flowers in bitter almond oil was carried out by maceration in the ratio of raw material: solvent (1:10). Analysis of fatty acids in the fatty extract was carried out chromatographically. The fatty extract was found to contain …

Obtaining Of Bacterial Polysaccharides, Kulonov Abdulaziz, Mirzarakhmetova Dilbar, Turaeva Nigora

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

The aim of this work was to develop a technology for obtaining bacterial exopolysaccharides. The problem was solved by using the bacterial strain Halovibrio variabilis UzAS3 as a polysaccharide producer. The optimal parameters of bacterial cultivation have been determined. A technological scheme for obtaining bacterial polysaccharides has been developed, which includes such stages as the cultivation of bacteria, the separation of bacterial biomass from the culture liquid, desalting, precipitation, washing and drying. The obtained results show that bacteria have a high potential for the yield of bacterial exopolysaccharides (7.1-9.5 mg/ml).

Study Of Recombinant Protein Fractions From The Bombyx Mori And Pichia Pastoris Using "Native Page" Method, Abdurhakhmanov Jaloliddin, Sasmakov Sobirdjan, Khasanov Shuhrat, Ashirov Оybek Oct 2020

Study Of Recombinant Protein Fractions From The Bombyx Mori And Pichia Pastoris Using "Native Page" Method, Abdurhakhmanov Jaloliddin, Sasmakov Sobirdjan, Khasanov Shuhrat, Ashirov Оybek

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

We have studied the recombinant protein fractions of ̴ 24-34 kDa obtained from Bombyx mori - silkworm larvae and yeast Pichia pastoris. Fractions, containing the recombinant proteins by gel-electrophoresis using the “Native PAGE” method, which allows for differentiation of proteins according to their natural (surface) charge and conformational properties were studied. The results showed that the recombinant protein fraction from Bombyx mori (̴ 34 kDa) consisted of four components and fraction from Pichia pastoris (̴ 24 kDa) consisted one component. The most optimal conditions for the “Native PAGE”- the main gel: Tris HCl (pH-8.8) 244 mM, Bis-Acrylamide 10%, TEMED 0.08%, …

Development Of A Method Of Oriented Immobilization Of Lipases On A Solid Carrier, Ziyavitdinov Jamolitdin Fazlitdinovich, Inogamov Utkir Kudratillayevich, Berdiev Nodir Sharifovich, Ishimov Uchkun Jomuradovich

CHEMISTRY AND CHEMICAL ENGINEERING

The methods of oriented immobilization of lipases on a solid carrier - Silochrome C-80 have been developed. The resulting sorbents were tested in the process of obtaining biodiesel from cotton oil. It was shown that immobilized lipase on Silochrome C-80 with NH2 group has the highest transetrification ability and stability, while in sorbents with the enzyme immobilized with -COOH and -SH groups this value was 87 and 53%, respectively. Biocatalysis using an affinity sorbent of immobilized lipase with the –NH2 group has a high operational stability, which, after 240 hours of operation, retains more than 50%, and after 480 hours, …
