The generator of calibration mixtures for obtaining vapor-gas mixtures of mercaptans in wide range of concentrations (5÷100) mg/m3 is given, which is a unified means of converting gas samples, ensuring their dignified appearance, preservation of the original composition of the measured gas (substance), cleaning the mixtures from alien components, stability of samples in temperature, pressure, humidity and flow rate. Analysis and comparison of possible options allows recognizing calibration method as the optimal, associated with use of exemplary dynamic generator of gas mixtures with permeable tubes.

The model developed electromagnetic flow sensors with ring channels and alternating magnetic poles alternately in a three-dimensional approximation and the results of a study of their static characteristics. It was shown that due to the formation in the pipeline system with alternating magnetic poles is substantially increased channel length of the active zone of the sensor, thereby improving sensitivity of measurement. Mathematical and computer models were compiled by multi-stage system thinking and analysis, and their adequacy was established with a probability of 0.95. In the article, the static characteristics of thermal converters of liquid materials are investigated for three possible operating modes: - at a constant heating power; - at constant temperature difference; - with discrete switching on and off of the heating element. A modified Kalman filter of the glass cooking process is synthesized, taking into account perturbations in the form of a sequence of colored noises. The possibility of expanding this filter by noise filters to improve functioning in the presence of low-frequency disturbances is studied and a corresponding estimation scheme with additional noise filters is proposed. The results of the simulation allow us to assume that low-frequency disturbances in the glass furnace act at the input and affect the state of the control object.

Discusses the formalization of the procedure for constructing an adaptive control system with a reference model based on the Lyapunov function. It is shown that the asymptotic stability of the extended system of differential equations guarantees accurate tracking of the desired output signal of the model. At the same time, the expediency of analyzing the asymptotic stability of the system in extended space using the Lyapunov function is shown. The above algorithms help to stabilize the computational matrix inversion procedure and thereby increase the accuracy of estimating the adjustable parameter in an adaptive control system.
