Chemical Technology, Control and Management

In the mining and metallurgical industry, in addition to raw materials, the quantitative volume of technological operations has a significant impact on the cost of the extracted metal. As practice shows, the most energy-intensive process is crushing of rocks, which accounts for 30-50% of all production costs. In this connection, the management of this process is one of the main technical and economic factors in the chain of rock dressing. In this paper, the mathematical function of the ball mill MSHTs 75x55 is derived, on the basis of which a computer model is built in the SIMULINK subsystem of the …

Improvement Of Electromagnetic Flow Meters For Aggressive Liquids, A.O. Ataullaev, N.O. Ataullaev

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

The model developed electromagnetic flow sensors with ring channels and alternating magnetic poles alternately in a three-dimensional approximation and the results of a study of their static characteristics. It was shown that due to the formation in the pipeline system with alternating magnetic poles is substantially increased channel length of the active zone of the sensor, thereby improving sensitivity of measurement. Found that the positive effect, i.e. fuller use of the cross-sectional area of the pipeline in the area of the electrodes is especially pronounced in the flow sensor with a diameter of 150 mm pipeline. It was found that …

Structural – Parametric Analysis And Synthesis Of Glass Furnace Condition Observer, Utkir Uktam O‘G‘Li Kholmanov

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

A modified Kalman filter of the glass cooking process is synthesized, taking into account perturbations in the form of a sequence of colored noises. The possibility of expanding this filter by noise filters to improve functioning in the presence of low-frequency disturbances is studied and a corresponding estimation scheme with additional noise filters is proposed. The results of the simulation allow us to assume that low-frequency disturbances in the glass furnace act at the input and affect the state of the control object.

Mathematical Modeling Of Thermal Processes Of Traction Asynchronous Engines For Diagnosis And Control Of Their Technical Condition, Nilufar Rabbanaqulovna Avezova, Javharbek Sulton Ugli Fayzullayev Jun 2020

Mathematical Modeling Of Thermal Processes Of Traction Asynchronous Engines For Diagnosis And Control Of Their Technical Condition, Nilufar Rabbanaqulovna Avezova, Javharbek Sulton Ugli Fayzullayev

Chemical Technology, Control and Management

Mathematical models of thermal processes of traction asynchronous motors are developed. A traction asynchronous motor is considered as a thermal system consisting of three bodies (stator winding, stator magnetic core and rotor), which take into account the heat exchange not only between the corresponding bodies, but also the heat exchange between each body and the environment. It is shown that the steady excess of the stator winding temperature of a traction asynchronous motor depends on the multiplicity of the stator winding current, the coefficient of electrical energy loss, and also on the temperature coefficient of the resistance of the winding …
