The article describes the method of calculating integrated optical and thermal - technical parameters of semi-cylinders with a single and double-layer transparent film for farm households with the optical and thermal - technical parameters. One of the ways to use greenhouses effectively is to select the right direction of the greenhouse bullets. For the first time, a thermoelectric effect was observed in a graded-gap continuous Si1-xGex solid solution (0≤x≤1). The graded-gap Si1-xGex solid solution (0≤x≤1) was grown from a limited volume of the Sn-Si-Ge melt solution by liquid-phase epitaxy on n-type silicon substrates with an orientation of <111> in the temperature range 1000 ÷ 7500С. Samples with dimensions were made from the obtained materials: length - 8mm; width - 5 mm. Solid solution films grown on substrates with an orientation of <111> had a single-crystal character. This article presents the results of a pilot study of greenhouses with a semi-cylindrical, two-layer, transparent barrier for farmers, farmers and entrepreneurs. According to the analysis, the difference between the proposed greenhouse and the greenhouse is different from other greenhouses. When the air temperature inside the solar chamber reaches 25-300 °C, the electric fan is turned on, and the heated air is removed from the pipe and transferred to a short-lived battery underground. Among the mountain systems that make up the Zarafshan range within Uzbekistan, the largest is the Karatepa mountain range with an absolute height of 2200 m. The article compares the new data obtained on the degree of salinization of hydromorphic soils common in the Mingbulak district, as well as on the dynamics of changes in ground, irrigation and drainage waters, with data from previous studies. This study sought to determine the relationship between young alumni participation in alumni association sponsored events and young alumni giving through the research questions (a) is there a relationship between young alumni participation and giving to the university?; and (b) is the giving behavior of young alumni who are donors to the university affected by attendance at alumni association events?

Despite the research that exists about transfer students, there is limited literature on the services that colleges and universities provide to adult students who transfer from community college to university. The number of adult students who participate in postsecondary education continues to grow. The purpose for this mixed method exploratory study was to gather data through both telephone conversations and a survey of transfer coordinators at Illinois institutions of higher education, including community colleges, public four-year institutions, and private, nonprofit four-year institutions. A vast amount of research has been devoted to the persistence and retention of college students since the 1970s. Recent research has focused on targeted populations such as first year students, racially minoritized, students with low social economic status and students at the developmental/remedial level. Nevertheless, limited scholarly research has been conducted on the persistence and retention of another category of students, sexual and gender minorities. This qualitative study examined the experiences that promote persistence among Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer/Questioning (LGBTQ) community colleges students.
