OMAHA - A new fellowship program announced today by the Buffett Early Childhood Institute at the University of Nebraska will provide financial support and mentoring for advanced doctoral students within the university system.

The Buffett Early Childhood Institute Graduate Scholars program will award 1- and 2-year grants - each worth up to $25,000 annually - to a maximum of four doctoral students every year. The University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) is home to two of the nation's top online degree programs according to new rankings from U.S. News and World Report.

The rankings, released Tuesday, Jan. 12, name UNO's online Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree as the 17th best online bachelor's program in the county and UNO's on line Masters of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice as the 18th best in the nation for that field for 2016.

These rankings place both programs as the best in the state of Nebraska for their respective categories.

All proposals must be accompanied with o cover memo from the Deon's Office stating that the proposal has received the appropriate college and deportment/school approvals, and that implementation of the proposal is recommended. All proposals should be submitted in a word document.

Rother, it is his/ her responsibility to look into the conditions that have caused someone to lodge a complaint in on effort to resolve the difficulty. Through two pieces of legislations - LB1100, passed in 1998, and LB605, passed in 2006 - the state has invested funds, combined with university funds, to keep NU buildings updated, safe and functional. LB1100 resulted in $79 million worth of renovations, while LB605 has allowed for $163 million in projects.
