Balancing the needs of family with career ambitions is often challenging for women who pursue science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) careers, particularly in academia. In these male-dominated workplaces, few incentives exist for women who decide to manage both work and family. In this basic qualitative research study, a modified approach combining in-depth interviewing with life-history interviewing was used to examine the work-life balance experiences of 12 tenured and tenure-track women engineering faculty who have children. The purpose of this study was to examine student retention in online courses at the college. The purpose of this basic qualitative study was to explore principals’ experiences leading strategic planning designed to increase achievement in literacy and numeracy in 8 high-performing primary schools in Trinidad and Tobago. In 2016, a medical center located in the northeastern region of the United States had an estimated 35% of heart failure patients readmitted within 30 days of discharge, 10% of these readmitted patients belonged to the local Middle Eastern community. California is experiencing a massive teacher shortage, and urban schools are disproportionately affected by it negatively. Retention efforts to date have not included strategies to address Compassion Fatigue (burnout and secondary trauma) teachers experience when working with traumatized students at urban schools. This dissertation explores whether Compassion Fatigue is an unaddressed reason for teacher attrition at urban schools. A mixed method practical action research approach using the Professional Quality of Life Scale Version Five (ProQOL 5) and qualitative interviews, portions of which were turned into illustrative vignettes drove the exploration. This essay explores the unjust experiences of Black males and minority faculty on college campuses that perpetuate inequality in higher education. The literature shows Black male undergraduates experienced both overt racism and more subtle insults on some college campuses, which serve as a barrier to integration into the college system. This qualitative study examined the experiences of Saint Mary’s High School alumnae from the freshman class of 1949 through the graduating class of 2010 in order to identify what has sustained the school over the decades. Years after graduation, alumnae held memories of their school experiences that resulted in personal and long-lasting qualities that continue to have significant impacts on individuals and the institution. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโปรแกรมภาษาไทยและวัฒนธรรมไทยสำหรับโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศไทย และกรอบแนวคิดคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนที่มีความคล่องแคล่ว 2) ตรวจสอบความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารโปรแกรมภาษาไทยและวัฒนธรรมไทยสำหรับโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศไทยตามแนวคิดคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนที่มีความคล่องแคล่ว และ3) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารโปรแกรมภาษาไทยและวัฒนธรรมไทยสำหรับโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศไทยตามแนวคิดคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนที่มีความคล่องแคล่ว ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ โรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศไทย สังกัดสำนักงานการศึกษาเอกชนที่เป็นสมาชิกสมาคมโรงเรียนนานาชาติแห่งประเทศไทย รวมจำนวน 97 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ครูใหญ่ฝ่ายไทย หัวหน้าหมวดภาษาไทย หรือครูภาษาไทยที่สอนในระดับปฐมวัย ประถมศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นและมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 71 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของกรอบแนวคิด แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของนวัตกรรม การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ ด้วยการใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารโปรแกรมภาษาไทยและวัฒนธรรมไทยสำหรับโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศไทยประกอบด้วย การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการประเมินผล และกรอบแนวคิดคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนที่มีความคล่องแคล่วประกอบด้วย 3 กลุ่มคุณลักษณะหลักดังนี้ (1) กลุ่มคุณลักษณะด้านพุทธิพิสัย ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะย่อยคือ (1.1) ความมุ่งมั่นในเป้าหมาย (1.2) การคิดวิเคราะห์ (2) กลุ่มคุณลักษณะด้านจิตพิสัย ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะย่อยคือ (2.1) ความใฝ่รู้ใคร่เรียนเรื่องใหม่ๆ (2.2) การยอมรับฟังคำวิจารณ์ (3) กลุ่มคุณลักษณะด้านทักษะพิสัย ประกอบด้วยคุณลักษณะย่อยคือ (3.1) การมองหาโอกาสที่ท้าทาย (3.2) ความมีไหวพริบ (3.3) ความไวและพร้อมต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลง (3.4) การสื่อสารคล่อง 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนานวัตกรรมฯสูงสุดตามลำดับดังนี้ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอนและการประเมินผล คุณลักษณะคล่องแคล่วที่จำเป็นต้องพัฒนามากที่สุดคือ การมองหาโอกาสที่ท้าทาย การคิดวิเคราะห์ ความมีไหวพริบและการยอมรับฟังคำวิจารณ์ 3) นวัตกรรมการบริหารโปรแกรมภาษาไทยและวัฒนธรรมไทยสำหรับโรงเรียนนานาชาติในประเทศไทยตามแนวคิดคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนที่มีความคล่องแคล่ว คือ นวัตกรรมการบริหารโปรแกรมไทยสว็อบค์ (SWABK) ที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนมีคุณลักษณะการมองหาโอกาสที่ท้าทาย การคิดวิเคราะห์ ความมีไหวพริบและการยอมรับฟังคำวิจารณ์ ประกอบด้วย 3 ส่วนคือ (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่มีการกำหนดผลลัพธ์การเรียนรู้ที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของสังคมไทยและสังคมโลกและมีการจัดทำหน่วยการเรียนรู้ที่บูรณาการวิชาภาษาไทยและวัฒนธรรมไทยกับสภาวการณ์โลก (2) การจัดการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นการจัดทำสื่อการเรียนที่สามารถเรียนรู้ได้ทุกที่ทุกเวลา (3) การประเมินผล ที่เน้นการนำผลการประเมินหลักสูตรไปพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนให้มีความพร้อมต่อโลกอนาคต

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) กรอบแนวคิดรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเทศบาลตามเกณฑ์การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา 2) สภาพที่พึงประสงค์ของรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเทศบาลตามเกณฑ์การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษาและ 3) พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียนเทศบาลตามเกณฑ์การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา ด้วยระเบียบวิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multiphase mixed methods design) ประกอบด้วย การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ (Qualitative research) การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ (Quantitative research) และ วิธีการผสมวิธี (Mixed methods research) กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นโรงเรียนเทศบาล สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น จำนวน 295 โรงเรียน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิด แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบ และการสนทนากลุ่มผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าความถี่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และการจัดอันดับความสำคัญสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กรอบแนวคิดรูปแบบการบริหารโรงเรียน 6 รูปแบบ คือ 1) รูปแบบการบริหารแบบทางการ 2) รูปแบบการบริหารแบบผู้ร่วมงาน 3) รูปแบบการบริหารแบบการเมือง 4) รูปแบบการบริหารแบบอัตวิสัย 5) รูปแบบการบริหารแบบกำกวมและ 6) รูปแบบการบริหารแบบวัฒนธรรม โดยมีองค์ประกอบของการบริหาร 8 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) ระดับของการกำหนดเป้าประสงค์ 2) กระบวนการกำหนดเป้าประสงค์ 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างเป้าประสงค์กับการตัดสินใจ 4) ลักษณะของกระบวนการตัดสินใจ 5) ลักษณะของโครงสร้าง 6) ความเชื่อมโยงกับสภาพแวดล้อมภายนอก 7) ลักษณะของผู้นำและ 8) รูปแบบของภาวะผู้นำที่เกี่ยวข้อง 2) เกณฑ์การดำเนินการที่เป็นเลิศด้านการศึกษา มี 7 หมวด คือ 1) การนำองค์กร 2) กลยุทธ์ 3) การมุ่งเน้นผู้เรียน ผู้มีส่วนได้เสีย 4) การวัด การวิเคราะห์และการจัดการความรู้ 5) การมุ่งเน้นบุคลากร 6) การมุ่งเน้นการปฏิบัติงาน …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนและกรอบแนวคิดนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัย 2) ศึกษาระดับนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัยและสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัย และ 3) พัฒนานวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัย โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบวิจัยผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multiphase Mixed Method Design) ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ โรงเรียนที่มีการจัดการศึกษาสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยอายุ 3 – 6 ปี สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการศึกษาเอกชนทั่วประเทศ ใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง 357 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ และครูผู้สอน รวม 1,071 คน และศึกษาโรงเรียนที่มีแนวทางปฏิบัติที่ดี จำนวน 3 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลคือ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบประเมินระดับนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัย แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารวิชาโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัย และแบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ และการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตรปฐมวัย ด้านการจัดประสบการณ์ ด้านสภาพแวดล้อม สื่อ และแหล่งเรียนรู้ และด้านประเมินพัฒนาการ และกรอบนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ประกอบด้วย 11 คุณลักษณะ ได้แก่ ช่างสำรวจ มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมใหม่ กล้าซักถามข้อสงสัย กล้าตัดสินใจ มีจินตนาการ พยายามทดลองสิ่งใหม่ สื่อสารและการแสดงออก มีความพยายาม กล้าเสี่ยง ทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ และมีความคล่องแคล่วและว่องไว 2) เด็กปฐมวัยมีระดับนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด โดยคุณลักษณะนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ ด้านความคล่องแคล่วว่องไว และมีคุณลักษณะการกล้าซักถามข้อสงสัยต่ำที่สุด ส่วนสภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารวิชาการด้านการจัดประสบการณ์มีระดับการปฏิบัติสูงที่สุด และด้านหลักสูตรปฐมวัยมีระดับการปฏิบัติต่ำที่สุด โดยมีการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ด้านการทำงานร่วมกันสูงที่สุด และความกล้าเสี่ยงต่ำที่สุดในทุก ๆ ด้าน และเมื่อพิจารณาถึงความสัมพันธ์พบว่าด้านสภาพแวดล้อม สื่อ และแหล่งเรียนรู้มีความสัมพันธ์กับระดับนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัยมากที่สุด และ 3) นวัตกรรมการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดนักคิดสร้างสรรค์ของเด็กปฐมวัย ชื่อ “นวัตกรรมเด็กช่างคิด CHANGE KID Innovation” ประกอบด้วย นวัตกรรมหลักสูตรเด็กช่างคิด นวัตกรรมการจัดประสบการณ์เชิงรุกขั้นสูง นวัตกรรมการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมสร้างสรรค์สำหรับเด็กช่างคิด จำนวน …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวง และกรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนพยาบาล 2) วิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหมตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนพยาบาล 3) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหมตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนพยาบาล โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multiphase Mixed Method Research) ประชากรในการวิจัย ได้แก่ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพบก วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกองทัพเรือ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลทหารอากาศ ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือผู้บริหาร และอาจารย์ วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม จำนวน 92 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิด แบบสอบถามสภาพปัจจุบัน และสภาพที่พึงประสงค์ สถิติการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ แจกแจงความถี่ การหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนีความต้องการจำเป็นโดยใช้สูตร PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารงานวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย การบริหารหลักสูตร การบริหารการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ การบริหารการวัดประเมินผล และการบริหารงานวิจัย และ กรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนพยาบาล ประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม สมรรถนะการคิดเชิงนวัตกรรม และสมรรถนะการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ 2) จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และภาวะคุกคามของการบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม จุดแข็ง ได้แก่ การบริหารหลักสูตร การบริหารการจัดการเรียนการสอน การบริหารงานวิจัย จุดอ่อน ได้แก่ การบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ และการวัดประเมินผล โอกาส ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการเมืองและนโยบายของรัฐ ปัจจัยด้านสังคม และปัจจัยด้านเทคโนโลยี และภาวะคุกคาม ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ 3) กลยุทธ์การบริหารงานวิชาการวิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหมตามแนวคิดสมรรถนะนวัตกรของนักเรียนพยาบาล ประกอบด้วย 4 กลยุทธ์หลัก คือ (1) ยกระดับการบริหารการวัดประเมินผล ที่มุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะนวัตกรด้านการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ (2) เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารแหล่งเรียนรู้ที่มุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะนวัตกรด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม (3) เสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งการบริหารงานวิจัยที่มุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะนวัตกรด้านภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรม (4) เพิ่มขีดความสามารถการบริหารหลักสูตรและการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่มุ่งเน้นสมรรถนะนวัตกรด้านการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ โดยมีกลยุทธ์รอง 8 กลยุทธ์ และวิธีดำเนินการ 32 …

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษากรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชน และกรอบแนวคิดอัจฉริยภาพทางดิจิทัลของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา 2) วิเคราะห์ความต้องการจำเป็นในการพัฒนาการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดอัจฉริยภาพทางดิจิทัลของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา และ 3) พัฒนากลยุทธ์การบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดอัจฉริยภาพทางดิจิทัลของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา โดยเป็นการวิจัยแบบวิจัยผสมวิธีพหุระยะ (Multiphase Mixed Methods) กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษา คือ โรงเรียนเอกชนโรงเรียนเอกชนที่เปิดสอนระดับประถมศึกษา จำนวน 345 โรงเรียนผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน หัวหน้าฝ่ายวิชาการ หัวหน้ากลุ่มสาระ ครูประจำชั้น และครูผู้สอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยมีแบบประเมินกรอบแนวคิด แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของร่างกลยุทธ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยนเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าดัชนี PNImodified และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดการบริหารวิชาการ ประกอบด้วย 4 ด้าน คือ (1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตร (2) การจัดการเรียนการสอน (3) การวัดและประเมินผล (4) การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา กรอบแนวคิดอัจฉริยภาพทางดิจิทัลประกอบด้วย 7 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1) การมีอัตลักษณ์ทางดิจิทัล (2) การใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลในการทำงาน (3) ความปลอดภัยในโลกดิจิทัล (4) ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ในโลกดิจิทัล (5) การติดต่อสื่อสารทางโลกดิจิทัล (6) การรู้เท่าทันสื่อในโลกดิจิทัล (7) การรู้สิทธิในโลกดิจิทัล 2) ความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุดของการบริหารวิชาการโรงเรียนเอกชนตามแนวคิดอัจฉริยภาพทางดิจิทัลของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา คือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร รองลงมาคือ การวัดและประเมินผล การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ในขณะที่ด้านความปลอดภัยในโลกดิจิทัลและความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ในโลกดิจิทัล มีลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด จุดแข็งของการบริหารวิชาการ คือ การพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ส่วนจุดอ่อนของการบริหารวิชาการ คือ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การจัดการเรียนการสอน และการวัดและประเมินผล จุดแข็งของอัจฉริยภาพทางดิจิทัลของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา คือ การใช้งานในโลกดิจิทัล และการติดต่อสื่อสารทางโลกดิจิทัล ส่วนจุดอ่อนของอัจฉริยภาพทางดิจิทัลของนักเรียนประถมศึกษา คือ …

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนผลผลิตฐานกิจกรรมของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ 2) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดต้นทุนผลผลิตฐานกิจกรรม: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ โดยใช้การวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Method Research) ข้อมูลที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ เอกสารสำคัญของโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ จำนวน 3 รายการ ได้แก่ 1) แผนปฏิบัติการโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ ปี 2558-2560 2) รายงานประจำปี 2558-2560 โรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ และ 3) งบเดือนประจำเดือนเมษายน 2558 ถึงเดือนมีนาคม 2561 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย มี 3 รายการ ได้แก่ 1) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมของผลผลิตและกิจกรรมโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ 2) แบบคำนวณต้นทุนผลผลิตฐานกิจกรรมโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ และ 3) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของ (ร่าง) แนวทางพัฒนาการบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตามแนวคิดต้นทุนผลผลิตฐานกิจกรรม: กรณีศึกษาโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) และฐานนิยม (Mode) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์จำแนกผลผลิตตามแผนการเรียน แบ่งออกเป็น 11 ผลผลิต ในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นมี 4 ผลผลิต ได้แก่ ผลผลิตแผนทั่วไป ผลผลิตแผนGifted ผลผลิตแผนEP และผลผลิตแผนMEP และระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายมี 7 ผลผลิต ได้แก่ ผลผลิตแผนวิทย์ทั่วไป ผลผลิตแผนวิทย์Gifted ผลผลิตแผนวิทย์IEP ผลผลิตแผนศิลป์คำนวณ ผลผลิตแผนศิลป์ภาษาจีน ผลผลิตแผนศิลป์ภาษาที่ 3 อื่น และผลผลิตแผนศิลป์ทั่วไป โดยที่ผลผลิตทุกผลผลิตจะต้องผ่านกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่โรงเรียนจัดขึ้น ซึ่งกิจกรรมโรงเรียนเทพศิรินทร์ สามารถจัดประเภทได้ 3 ประเภท ได้แก่ กิจกรรมหลักทางตรง กิจกรรมหลักทางอ้อม และกิจกรรมสนับสนุน ซึ่งขั้นตอนการคำนวณต้นทุนผลผลิตฐานกิจกรรม สามารถดำเนินการได้ 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ …
