Ethics and compliance training of sales managers in the U.S. pharmaceutical industry showed little evidence that eLearning interventions developed to address employees' (a) awareness of unethical sales practices, (b) ability to judge a selling practice as unethical, and (c) intentions to speak up about unethical sales practices have had the desired effects. Approximately one-third of college students enrolled in colleges across the United States are first-generation students or those whose parents have not attained a post secondary degree. First-generation students are more likely to be students who are racially/ethnically diverse, low-income, and nearly four times more likely to leave college without a degree. College persistence refers to the students' desire and involved behaviors to maintain enrollment until degree attainment. Factors associated with successful implementation of school-based restorative justice communities were examined. Restorative practices are alternatives to zero-tolerance, top down approaches that emphasize social engagement over social control (i.e. proactive and reactive responses promote school safety and health). A mixed-methods, survey-based, approach was selected for data collection. Front-line school-based practitioners and administrators from various schools/districts in the Bay Area of California were informed of the study via email and invited to complete an online survey. การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษากรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะนักการทูตตามแนวคิดการทูตมาตรฐานสากล 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและสภาพพึงประสงค์ของการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักการทูต และ 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักการทูตตามแนวคิดการทูตมาตรฐานสากล โดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมวิธีแบบ Explanatory Sequential Mixed Method Design กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักการทูตระดับชำนาญการพิเศษ นักการทูตระดับชำนาญการ และนักการทูตระดับปฏิบัติการ จำนวน 240 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณคือ แบบสอบถาม แบบประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าความต้องการจำเป็น และการเก็บข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพโดยการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) กรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะนักการทูตตามแนวคิดการทูตมาตรฐานสากลประกอบด้วย สมรรถนะสำคัญ 4 กลุ่ม โดยมีองค์ประกอบย่อยรวม 14 สมรรถนะ 2) สภาพปัจจุบันของการพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักการทูต พบว่า ในภาพรวมมีการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาด้วยรูปแบบการพัฒนาในขณะปฏิบัติงาน และรูปแบบการเรียนรู้ผสมผสาน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนรูปแบบการพัฒนานอกเวลาปฏิบัติงาน อยู่ในระดับน้อย ในขณะที่สภาพพึงประสงค์อยู่ในระดับมากทุกรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนา โดยรูปแบบการพัฒนานอกเวลาปฏิบัติงานเป็นรูปแบบการพัฒนาที่มีความต้องการจำเป็นสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ผสมผสาน และรูปแบบการพัฒนาในขณะปฏิบัติงาน และ 3) แนวทางการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาสมรรถนะนักการทูตตามแนวคิดการทูตมาตรฐานสากลใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ผสมผสาน 2 วิธีการเข้าด้วยกัน ประกอบด้วย (1) วิธีการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาที่จำเป็นและควรทำเพิ่ม และ 2) วิธีการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาที่ทำได้ดีอยู่แล้วและควรทำต่อไป

MyMathLab, an online interactive and educational system by Pearson Publisher, was implemented in 2 lower-level, traditional in-seat algebra courses to provide supplemental, instructional support to students in the fall of 2015 at the college under study. This study developed a set of scales to measure building student leadership capacity in high schools. Student leadership is defined here as students working collaboratively to affect positive change in their educational environments with support from adults and mechanisms in the school.
