This study is a survey research which is designed to obtain research evidence concerning the attitude of school administrators and teachers towards Physical Education. This study also examines the implementation of Physical Education programme in secondary schools . Nine hypotheses were fonnulated and data were collected to test the hypotheses.

The data were collected from the administration of a number of instruments to a sample of 536 administrators (267 principals and 269 senior assistants) and l637 Physical Education teachers from 290 randomly sampled secondary schools in the Peninsular Malaysia. This research is carried out to view teachers perception of the school principals' role in implementing staff development programmes. A few sets of questionnaires were distributed to 55 teachers from 2 secondary schools in Bachok. Based on the descriptive statistic and chi-square test it shows that most of the teachers (respondents) have positif perceptions toward their principal's role in staff development programmes. Factor such as sex, age, academic achievement, length of service and teachers interest did not have any influence to their perception. A conclusion and some suggestions are forwarded in this research.

The aims of this research are, firstly, to detect the teachers' working motivation level: secondly, to detect the teachers' level of satisfaction towards motivator and hygiene/actors; thirdly, to detect the significant correlation between the satisfactory level towards motivator and hygiene factors, and the working motivation level; and fourthly lo detect the extend in which individual characteristics cause differences in working motivation factor. The role the administrator plays in the development of an inclusive environment was investigated by conducting a review of literature and conducting a study of administrative views of inclusion in one East Central Illinois school district. Results showed that the success of the implementation of an inclusive school environment depended upon the role that the administrator was willing to play. Traits common to administrators who were successful in fostering inclusion along with problems that may be encountered are discussed. Case studies are reviewed, collected data analyzed, and recommendations for future practice are presented.
