Relationship Between Academia And The Corporate Community In Providing Communication Education For The Adult Learner, Robert C. Dick, James R. East

This article examines the expanding role of corporate education in communication training for adult learners and its relationship to higher education. It discusses how corporate learning has grown into a multi-billion-dollar industry, with most programs delivered internally or through consultants.
